    Own/Owned An Android Phone?

I love android, I've owned an iPhone before and I prefer android. I admit, I didn't like it at first, at least the earlier versions. But now, it's very smooth and it doesn't have so many restrictions. Plus, it doesn't go completely obsolete of you don't have the latest iOS. Which was my biggest...

Should I just Skip the Wii U?

I skipped the Wii U, the concept was not appealing to me. It looked clunky and odd to me. I'd go with the Switch, the Wii U wasn't so great from what I've heard. I'm sure some liked it, but it wasn't for me.

Can everyone here agree that aiming using the analog sticks was a pain?

I think it depends on what you're used to. When my friend had an Xbox 360 I had a pretty decent aim. But then I started gaming on my PC and got used to that. When I went back to play on the 360 it was a real pain. It was so bad to keep my aim straight. I really think it depends on how long...

Explain the appeal of minecraft to a non player?

I'll put it this way, it's like unlimited Lego. You can do so much. You can build, gather your own resources, mine, fight, survive. The list is long, and it's easy to spend a good amount of time on the game. I get why visually it can turn you away, but it's pretty fun, give it a try and see.

    Favorite hand-held system?

I don't have one currently. But I loved the Gameboy advanced and the Nintendo DS. The gameboy was a pain though, you had to play it with a light over it, I still loved it of course. But when the DS came out I was over the moon since I could play my gameboy games in it and the DS games. I have...

How do you take losing when you were young?

Well, I didn't like losing, but who does? But I wasn't bitter about it, at least playing with other people. I guess I was just glad someone else was playing. If I'm playing solo I will drop it after a few tries, it's frustrating sometimes. My best friend would turn off the console or switch the...

What are the Advantages of Video and Computer Games?

Computer and video games have their advantages. They engage your mind, make you think, I can totally see how it would help someone keep their mind active. They also promote problem solving skills and such. Not to mention a lot of them are educational. As long as you're not addicted to them, they...

    Strained eyes while playing games

Staring at a screen for a long period of time can definitely can strain your eyes. That's why you have to take a break, look away for a few minutes. It's for your own good, you can even get headaches. So be safe and rest your eyes every once in a while, it'll help.

    Leaving a game?

I leave when I need to, since I have class the next day. It sucks when your friends are in a different time zone and you have to play at certain hours. But I learned that I need to be responsible and drop it when I need to. Gaming is fun, but we can't neglect other things for it. So it's good to...

Do you like to play strategy games?

I enjoy them every once in a while, but not too often. It's fun to engage the mind sometimes. But after a while they can be a little tiring. However, they can be really fun and it keeps you busy, constantly thinking and all. It's just not my main genre I guess.

    Favorite gaming company?

I would say Valve, they may not have a number of games other companies do. But the titles they have are games that I fully enjoy. I love Left 4 Dead and Half-Life, not to mention all their other contributions. They're an amazing company and deserve some praise.

Do you like playing your game with your siblings?

I have an older brother, so he wasn't around much to play video games with me. So I played by myself a lot, but I did love it when my cousins came over. Playing with other people that enjoy the game is a lot of fun. Friendly competition never hurts anyone.

Do you like sharing your games?

I like sharing them, I want others to enjoy the games as well. however, I'm a little careful with physical copies with some people. I know a few people that wouldn't take good care of them. But other than that, I love to share them. Especially if they may not be able to get it for themselves.

    What happened to Arcades?

There's still a few around, but it's definitely not the same. We still have one here, but people have not taken good care of it and the employees don't care. They no longer have a big selection of prizes, it's just candy for the most part. And a lot of the machines are broken, it really is sad...

What is your favorite horror game?

My all time favorite is Silent Hill, especially 1, 2 and 3. My favorite is Silent Hill 3, but I know the general favorite is Silent Hill 2. I admit Amnesia had me pretty nervous and desperate to find light. I've been wanting to try Outlast, it seems to be very recommended around here.

How much time do you spend playing games on mobile?

Not too much, I can only stay for a few minutes on a game. But maybe that's because I haven't found one that fully gets my attention. I find it annoying when you have to wait hours for a task or quest to be completed. That's what will make me drop the game eventually.

    Gaming Movies

Oh, I agree, most of these movies are in for the profit and fanbase. I feel like most of that fanbase ends up hating the movies. It's never their intention to adapt a story, more to make something based on the video game. I also liked the first few Resident Evil movies, I just think they were...

Are Games good for you! (Short Article I wrote on Games)

Like many things, video games have their pros and cons. They have many benefits like promoting your creativity and problem-solving skills. This is true though, many promote violence as well. I think it's a matter of balance and awareness of what you're playing. And of course, parents should...

    Gaming Movies

I enjoyed the Silent Hill movie, I love the games more, but I think they captured the feeling of the game. They used music from the older games too. They didn't follow the exact story of the game, but I liked it. The second one was unbearable though, everything was just off.

    Favourite Game Genre

My favorite genre is adventure, but I also love strategy and horror. Depends on what I'm looking for at a time. I am by no means a brave person, but I do enjoy horror games. And I love a good strategy game every once in a while. Though most of the time I definitely go for adventure, something...
