As a fan of Call of Duty series and the FPS game lover, I'm eagerly waiting for the next installment of my favorite FPS game series. So the consoles will be XBOX ONE and PS4, which I don't own (I have PS3). I guess I'm going to play on my PC then.

Is there anyone waiting for this installment of Call of Duty game series end of this year?

If you like cod then this is a must buy I'd say. I'm gonna wait on the reviews before I think about getting it because I'm pretty wary of cod games tho

Well, to be honest I ended up losing interest in the Call of Duty series. I played every game from the first Call of Duty and up until Modern Warfare 3. At that point I started to feel like, "Okay, this same old cut and paste formula was fine for the past few years but I'm officially tired of it." Haven't played a Call of Duty game since because I really needed a break from the series. But it has been a couple of years now and I actually feel like I may get into it again. I'm still going to wait for the reviews and more gameplay videos first though, as I'm skeptical about modern day gaming.

I am eagerly waiting for it. I won't preorder it because I've burnt myself in the past when I've preordered Black Ops and it ran so horribly on my computer. They didn't bother with proper optimization and therefore many people had serious issues running it for months. Was a big waste of money.

I also lost interest in the Call of Duty franchise for the last couple of years because I feel like they lost their original feel. They went too far with the sci-fi, dashing, teleporting, making summersaults and so on.

However, the trailer looks great. It truly reminds me of the older Call of Duty games that were based and focused on FPS aspect of the game. If it's good, I will definitely buy it.

I'm not going to wait for reviews because I'm going to buy it on its release date. I'm a big fan of the Call of Duty series, and it has been a long time that I'm playing COD games, so there is a love for this game series which I can't deny. I hope you will try this new installment of COD game series.

You should try then playing more from the Call of Duty series, like Black Ops 2, Advanced Warfare and Infinite Warfare. Maybe you will be going to love the game again. Otherwise, you can wait for reviews for the new installments and see if it suits your preference or not.

I never purchased any games in pre-order because I can wait for the release date. I played black ops on a console, so I have no idea about that optimization on PC. But I'm going to play this new installment of the series world war II on muy PC because I don't have PS4 or XBOX ONE (Only PS3). And I'm delighted that they bring old call of duty feel again to their new game. Let's hope that it will be a fantastic game for COD lovers.

I'm not a huge fan of COD, but to be honest, after watching the trailer, I'm kind of interested.

It's good to see that someone who is not a fan of COD game series wanted to try the new installment of the COD series. You should try though, and I'm pretty sure that you are going to love it. And I hope that you will become a COD fan after this upcoming game.

It aooears that the game is going to have lots of opinions. You can play Compaign, Multiplayer and Co-OP. Just like WAW has which is nice to see. I personally want to see the Missions in Co-OP pretty excited about that.

Yessss, I think it's about time we have another good Call of Duty game. The previous titles lately were kind of disappointing for me and didn't really live up to the hype, but this one takes me back to the Modern Warfare days (or at least judging by the poster lol). I honestly can't wait for this, it's been a long while since I've played a Call of Duty game that I could say I enjoyed thoroughly.

Well, it was pretty common to preorder games years ago. We always did. Me and my friends would agree on certain games then preorder them together since we knew we'd spend a lot of time on them.

One of them was also the MW2 but that game was absolutely amazing. Black Ops on the computer was a big disaster though. You had people with these amazing, latest gear computers that couldn't even reach 20 FPS because they didn't optimize it and released it very poorly. It was solved months later through patching.

It seems like they are going back to the roots and bringing back the old COD series. I would love to see how they are working on this new installment of the game and also the old series world war.

I loved playing COD since my time in high school. I hope they have multiple story lines for this to reflect the massiveness of WW2. Definitely hyped for the game to go back to the roots.

Same here that I have been playing this game since my school days and their story always amazes me. I'm a big fan of COD game series and a new installment is something related to the old world war series which makes it more exciting.

I'm not that anxious, you know?1 But I'll certainly read the reviews and play the game when it's available. :tongueout:

It may be a tough question , but... Do you prefer Call of Duty or Battlefield?

I think the improvements in this new version will be quite considerable (although it can't please all the players).

Straight to the point, isn't it? It was a very precise answer, haha!

I think the trailer can make anyone interested (at least) because it was something very well thought out / done.

I have not played COD as of late at all. I was playing frequently from COD 2,4 and some of the newer releases of modern warfare but after that the COD series went down hill (in my opinion). If they manage to pull of a good WW2 game I would become interested again.
