I think I'm going to settle with Garry's Mod for my favorite game.
I've seen this game on sale and even looked at the description, videos, comments of gamers who bought it; but I never truly understood what it's all about. Is it like a randomness generator or an open world where you can do whatever? If so, how do you win? Or is it just a program that has no objective, goal, or ending? Just a free open world where you can do what you want?

Resident evil all series, i really enjoy killing zombies and also the graphic is amazing.
Ah yes, finally a gamer like me. I've played since RE3 but I've watched my older cousins play the older ones. The newer ones (since 4) had been more about shooting stuff than solving stuff and surviving, but I think the game went back to its core with RE7. I really think it was masterfully done and the enemies were scary - not "looking" scary but "I'm out of ammo and I'm gonna die if I touch them" scary. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We are in the same boat bro. And i still have RE 3 until now, maybe i will play it again to bring back the nice memories. RE 4 was awesome too and i love the character Leon and the puzzles in the game. Ohh RE7 it will be amazing, I'm looking forward to play it soon.

I have never played the original fable games unfortunately but I have played Fable 3 and I actually really enjoyed that game. But I would have to say that my all time favorite game is Saints Row 2 because it was the first open world RPG game and I was truly amazed by that.

Another Resident Evil fan here! This is one of the best game in the whole world! The story, the characters, the tension, the twists and turns... Oh, my! So many good things related to this franchise! :sunglasses:

I have always loved fighting games and my favorite one is Tekken 7. I really like environment, the characters in the games as well as their fighting techniques. I usually play this game with my friends. I have so many good memories attached to this game. I can play this game over and over again and yet never get bored.

I played T7 as well and I thought it was great, and they did an amazing job porting it to the PC. The controls were very smooth and the graphics was amazing. I still have no idea what Akuma was doing there, but hey, I've always been a fan of crossovers so what the hell, let them fight.

About Tekken (the whole franchise)... I consider it as a reference when it comes to fighting games. This game is very good and certainly many other games of the same style were based on it. :smirk:

Castlevania Symphony of the Night, I've beated like 40 times and I still don't get bored because there is so much to do. I've been starting to practice my speedrun lately and my best mark is two hours in glitchless category, still gotta practice more since the record is 32 minutes :tongueclosed:

This is a hard one, but I'll go with Counter Strike: Global Offensive. I've been a fan of the game since Half Life. I can remember a lot of memorable things that happened while playing with my friends. If you count all the time that I've played Counter Strike, I think it will add up to 5-10% of my life. I'm still playing the game and I don't plan to stop anytime soon.

For me I prefer Marvel vs Capcom (the first one) and other arcade games with superheroes. I prefer having finishers and ridiculous scenes compared to Tekken's more martial arts based fighting. Combo and blocks are important sure, but I prefer my fighting games a lot more flashy to be quite honest. Also, MvC has a cartoonish feel to it, and it doesn't take itself too seriously.

Marvel and Capcom games (not all, of course ) are better than Tekken, but I really think Tekken can be used as a good example of fighting game. The game has some great characters and relevant aspects that inspired other games.

Sure but I never got the desire to get better at the Tekken games. I just played them for the story and since I had limited games in my library back then. Now that I have my own money I prefer playing adventure and puzzle oriented games over fighting games. I just couldn't enjoy a more realistic form of fighting in Tekken, compared to playing the Hulk against Spiderman in Marvel vs Capcom.

LET'S ROCK.

Yeah, you have a good point here. But I think the most important thing is to have fun. So, yeah... Let's rock the house with our best shoot! :sunglasses:

Yes I would always consider this as the original fighting games. I don't really play any other fighting games apart from Tekken. This is one among the first games that I played on my PlayStation and I have so much memories attached it.

Diablo is my most favorite game. That game introduced me to gaming literally. With my SNES and PS, im playing alone. It was intense at first but I'm getting bored because I'm playingbsingke player games. With my pc games, there is interaction from the outside world. There is guilds, there PvP, there is trading of items, there is also party. Diablo introduced me to that kind of gaming, so consider Diablo as my best game ever.

...Ouch, tough question. I find it hard to pick a favourite game because I always find my mind flooded by good memories, often seen through the filter of nostalgia, and it's hard to pick the game that made me feel the best; and, of course, that has to be counterbalanced by the enjoyment I took out of the game and my liking for the gameplay.
That said...I call it a tie between Majora's Mask and Mother 3. They're both unique, there are no other games I can compare them too (not even from the same franchise) because they both have such a distinctive vibe. The atmosphere sold me on the former and the latter's plot and characters tore me apart. Despite their respective series and their outer appereance, they have left me with some of the most unsettling moods I've ever been into. It's as though the label "videogame" doesn't fit quite right for them.

When we talk about fighting games, I think it's almost impossible not to remember this game. Tekken franchise is kinda a classic in this hall. I have so many memories with it. :sunglasses:
