The moments I prefer absolutely in games are boss fights! Why? Because they are amazing! They can be huge, challenging, epic, they can extremely good and one of the best moment in games!
What are your favorites?
For me, I'll say that the majority of Dark Souls series bosses are fantastic (with Ornstein & Smough being the best). Also, Shadow of the Colossus is all focused on boss fights, had amazing battles! Also, almost every fight in Metal Gera Rising Revengeance. About less boss-focused games, the Ras as Ghul battle in Arkham City was impressive, And looking at my Steam library I must admit that even Ducktales remastered had surprisingly good bosses.
And Undertale (say what you want about the fanbase, the game is pretty good) but I won't go into details since I don't want to spoil anyone.
Oh well, I love bosses! I said it!
