Describe yourself: My name is Valerie, I enjoy video games, and I currently work in government, I am currently serving as a high-level staffer for the Democratic House Leadership.
What do you think Teamspeak Staff is? Teamspeak Staff, in essence, maintains order on Teamspeak and prevents disorder, harassment, and other issues.
What experience do you have? As far as staffing on Teamspeak, I've only ever really kicked people from channels and given short bans, per my Staff perms.
What are some faults in you that will affect your position as Teamspeak Staff? While my activity is as it stands, fairly consistent, I cannot guarantee that I may not get far busier in the future
Are there any TeamSpeak rules that you find faulty or you think are missing? I don't particularly have any ISSUES, to so speak, with the current TeamSpeak rules. I see a rule that prohibits racism, however, I personally believe that the said rule should be expanded to prohibit homophobia, sexism, xenophobia, and religious discrimination, as I view them in the same regard as race discrimination. I believe this community should be safe for people of all backgrounds, not a place where one must fear hate.
List your Pros and Cons
Pros - A hefty amount of experience, fairly active, mature, good at multitasking, trustworthy.
Cons- Activity is not completely guaranteed for the future, often am sensitive about things such as homophobia and xenophobia (If you consider that a con), sometimes can forget things (due to irl things mostly).
