System Shock - Enhanced Edition

So everyone knows about System Shock 2 and Bioshock. But has anyone actually played the first System Shock? I see it recently came to steam in the form of an Enhanced Edition. You can also buy it DRM Free at the Humble Store.

I haven't really played System Shock 2 yet, so right now I am thinking of getting this one first before I play SS2. Because I'm just that kind of completionist

I've heard nothing but praise about it, but I've never touched the game. I've had it in my library for some time now as well, but I haven't gotten around to playing it.

Let me be honest and tell you the truth that this is the first time I heard of this game. I am not even aware of the game until you created this thread that I came across today. I have checked the system shock game preview. I can tell you that this is a good game but not my taste though too much for me so far.

SystemShock is an awesome and underrated game, I think the game was ahead of it's time, I loved it and I woul really buy that Enhanced Edition, I recomend you to buy it, it's awesome.
