Requesting Community Ban of Obum/Acer

So you all may remember Obum, who threw immature tantrums and minged on servers last year after demotion from staff. Well, today, he crashed First Order twice via prop spam. It is quite clear that he has no intention of changing or participating in the community, and we'd probably be better off and safer if we were to just community ban him. His Steam ID is STEAM_0:0:69152445 and I'd appreciate for community action to be taken.

FYI: If this is the wrong part of forums to post this, please move it. We don't currently have a ban section.
