Question Refund on Game

So I was wondering if I can get a refund on a game I brought from the GameRebels store a while ago since it's a classic game I don't really play games like those also it was part of the mystery game and it's not used as yet I haven't actived the product on Steam as yet is this possible.

From my knowledge.. No. As you bought the Mysterybox, the boxes purpose is to give you a random game. As well as if we return your rebellions, you would try again possibly on another mystery box, which defeats the purpose, as well as you would know one of the many games inside.. I would say no for now, unless @Jordan says otherwise.

Hey @Referal, if you have not "Claimed" the game than I can issue you a refund. If you have "claimed" it, then unfortunately, I cannot issue a refund
