re install only the games you play
I had to uninstall steam because a mandatory file was missing and it wouldn't start.

Delete system 32, should help a lot..: well maybe..

Be sure to defrag your drive after some heavy directory editing like that. Or don't I'm pretty sure Windows 10 does that for people now(but I would still manually do it just in case).
