Diet for Mass Gaining season

Just a friendly tip for an avid lifter

Breakfast
4 whole eggs
4 slices of turkey bacon
1 cup oatmeal
slice of wheat toast w/ peanut butter
1 scoop of whey protein

Snack
1 large Apple w/ peanut butter or 1 scoop of weight gainer

Lunch
1 chicken beast w/ sweet potato and spinach salad

Pre- workout shake
2 scoops whey protein w/ 2 cups milk, 2 table spoons of peanut butter, and one whole banana... Blended with ice

Post workout shake
2 scoops whey protein w/ low fat chocolate syrup, and 2 cups milk

Snack
Low fat Greek yogurt w/ granola

Dinner
Any kind of meat like: fish, chicken, steak w/ sweet potato, steamed vegetables

Before bed
2 scoops casein protein
