Anyone know how to make a link to a text doc?

I'm trying to make a link that when you go to it, it automatically opens a text doc. Anyone know how?

Why not use Pastebin? Would make so much more sense.

You can use Mediafire. If you click on the "sharing tab" you can see that you can upload documents and then you just give someone a link and it takes you to the document.

The only thing I could think of was either PasteBin, Mediafire or by uploading the document as an 'Attatchment' and then turning it into a link. Try using Google for the last part though
