Well there support sucks, and they know Comcast isn't available at my location so that didn't work, after hooking up to the modem directly, "Download speed: 9.45mbps, Upload speed: 0.68mbps, Pings:143ms" thats not fast but somehow the speed drops tremendously over wifi, which is strange because...
