Definitely. I personally think that PC is the best thing for every matter, and that includes Gaming. Gaming in PC has its own wonders and feels that we won't get in any other consoles. PC also last very long, unlike every consoles ever that gets discontinued after not even a year. I wonder when we'll move on from PC, when the 'next thing' will come to replace every PC ever.

As of now, I pretty much have no choice because it's the only thing I have. But I feel contented with what I have, often times if I feel like playing console games, I'd just go find an emulator for it and play it there, I realize that this not exactly applicable to every console as we still don't have a PS3 and PS4 emulator out but I guess I'm in no place to complain.

Yes, actually I'm more into PC games than console games because before console games are a bit lacking in depth in terms of picture quality. My console game was a hand down PS1 so I didn't really appreciate the value of the platform for a gamer coz I didn't really want it . And PC gaming kinda sticked to my preference.

Absolutely! Since i can't spend that much money with games anymore PC (Steam more specifically) is a great investment. Also PC gaming provides with a freedom that console users don't experience. Being able to enjoy the "best of both worlds" PCs allow you to perform other tasks work and social life related too so there you have it! Top console.

Yes, my PC is my second choice for gaming, I use my PS3 the most, but now I like to download and play games in my PC, I like Portal 1 and 2 games, Plague inc. Evolved, but the lastest good game that I played and is fantastic is Superhot, I can wait to play it in a VR headset.

I use a PC because it's all I have. If I could have a very good PC and a PlayStation 4, I would use both. I would use the PC for games that I want mods for, while using the PS4 for games that are easier with a controller or console-exclusive, such as the Prison Architect DLC. Even so, with a beast PC I would have no need for anything else. Due to budget limits, I'm stuck with this laptop.

Of course I still play PC. Even with the advancements in consoles they are nowhere near the level of PC. PC still has thousands of exclusives, way more than all of the consoles ever made combined. PC still has the ability to use any controller, including the vastly superior KB+M. PC still has emulation. PC still has mods. PC still has better graphics/performance.

Yes, even though there are huge advancements on modern consoles. I think that I would still prefer PC over consoles. For the price the PC is more expensive but being able to do more than just play games justifies the price. Also the PC is more versatile when it comes to games. It can emulate old consoles and you can play whatever classic games you want.
Yeah I agree. PC allows a great amount of versatility in terms of available work options. While gaming consoles are limited to only gaming a PC can serve to help in a variety of other works as well.

Now that I only have my brother's laptop and it's not a very potential thing, I don't play games anymore, at least not in my house, I have to go to my friend's houses or to some place like a cafe (where there's a lot of computers and you pay to play) well, that's my life right now :(

With the advent of technology there has been a massive growth in development of gaming consoles. The modern ones are pretty fast with excellent graphics and screen display. There is no doubt that the level of gaming has considerably risen over all these years.

So now do you still use your PC for gaming purposes?

To keep my answer short and sweet, yes, I still use a PC for gaming. Personally, I don't ever see PC gaming becoming obsolete or outdated. Consoles come and go over time. Your PC, however, can just be updated and upgraded for newer developments. PC gaming has and always will be way more customizable than console gameplay.

Don't get me wrong, console gaming has dramatically improved over the years, especially with the new implementation of 4k gaming to console users. However, I'd much rather build out my own 4k gaming PC machine, than buy a console. I prefer building my machine from the ground up, something about it is more satisfactory. I think other dedicated PC gamers would agree with that statement as well.

Yes, pretty much all my gaming is done in my PC. I love the it because I can fire up my emulator and play any arcade games that I want. I also used to play DotA and LoL which pretty much did the decision for me to stay PC.

I completely respect your love for PC gaming. Every person has his own domain of interests and it is just perfect if you still have a great interest in playing games on a PC.

And yes I agree that a PC can be easily upgraded with time which can never be done with a gaming console. One has to buy a new one so as to upgrade the setup.

The answer is yes, i do use my Pc for gaming, and for other things like searching on Internet, chatting, see movies, listen music, etc. But the most important function is for PC gaming. I play a lot of games downloaded from Internet or the ones that i have them stored in STEAM.

Playing games on a PlayStation is far easy and convenient rather than playing on a PC. The best part for me is that I don't have to sit on the computer chair for playing games with it.

Once one gets used to PlayStation it becomes hard to play games on PC.
Yes I agree. I got so addicted to my PlayStation due to my cousin. He often comes at my place to play. Some of the games that we play are FIFA and Tekken. Since I am more on the PlayStation I usually do not play the games available on my PC.

It all depends on personal interests of a person. There are many here who are addicted to PC for gaming. Gaming becomes more fun when played in a company.

And I thank you for your acknowledgment of my passion for PC gaming. Though I wasn't always like this.

When you're gaming solely from the generic player perspective, a console is a budgetary and logical way to go. When you get into development, as well as modded gameplay, generally speaking, you'll turn to PC more (or at least I did). But true, every person has their own domain of interests without a doubt. Simple preference.

What matters the most is that we should keep up the gaming spirit. PC or console... We should enjoy gaming to the full extent.

Tekken 7 was released in the PC last month, and you can use a PS4 controller with it. I thought it was pretty great considering the last one I played was Tekken 5 back in the early 2000s. The controls were fluid and the gameplay was the same as the last time. You can really feel like you're playing at a console since the controls ported were just like the ones I had when I was playing with my PS2.

Yes, of course. Consoles are equivalent to older or weaker PCs, force you to use a controller, and they can't do a fraction of what a PC can. So buying one is pretty much a waste of money in my eyes. If you already have a PC and have some spare money left, I still wouldn't buy a console. I'd rather just upgrade my PC instead and enjoy even better graphics and higher framerate.
