Do you rather play alone? Or with friends?

I love playing with my playing League with my friends, but, there's moments where I want to play ranked alone and I sadly have to leave them.

So it's hard for me to respond, the answer would be...that I rather play with my friends. It's a lot more fun.

Good question. The majority of the time I honestly prefer to group up and play with friends. That way, I know who I am playing with and know what I can expect from each person - I know who's really good, and so on. So it's easier to adjust and play accordingly.

Not just normal queues though. Often we queue up for ARAM, it is so much fun when you get handed a completely random champion and have to play with it around their comp.

Sometimes though, I just want to play alone. If I do ranked games then 80% of the time I just do it alone because I feel like if you group up, it can lead to more frustration if you or your friend doesn't perferm well.

It depends on the game. There are some games which I enjoy playing on my own. However there are some games which I find to be more enjoyable if I play it with others. There are some car racing or adventure games which I appreciate playing on my own. However, for games like League of Legends I enjoy playing with others as I find it to be more fun.

Depends on the game like others have said. If it's a game of Dota and I want to do ranked games, I would group up with friends. Sometimes I'll play solo games but I'll get frustrated in the end with the random teammates I end up with.

Although if it's a local co op game, nothing beats sitting in front of the tv with friends to get through a campaign.

There are some games that just aren't any fun without friends. Either that, or the game is lacking without friends after a while of being alone. As for me, I always want to be playing with someone else that I know, even in MOBAs or other PvP based games. Those communities are generally very negative and not really welcoming to actually meeting new people.

I completely get your point and I'm agree with you. You remind me of when I played Aram with my friends, wow, those were beautiful days :')

Yes, sometimes we just need the support of our friends to feel good when toxic people flame us.

As much as I love a good team play I prefer to play alone. Most multiplayer games incentivize you to play a lot and I just don't have the time nowadays. Not to mention I love a good story and most multiplayer have no story at all. From times to times I do enjoy a CS match with my buddies but those are very rare.

There are some games like Borderlands that maintain a storyline while allowing you to play with friends. Co-op games like that are my personal favorite.

I think this really depends on the moment, as sometimes I just enjoy playing games by myself. Other times I like to play with or against my friends in an online setting. Overall, I'd say that playing with friends is more fun as it makes you more competitive.

Personally, I like playing games with my friends. I rarely buy a game on my own terms, rather I play what my friends invite me to play. It is a lot better when you have people you can coordinate with easily and have more firepower when it comes to games like Gmod DarkRP, Unturned, and Minecraft.

I love playing games with friends. Some of the games i play, i recommend my friends to try and vice versa. Playing alone is also good.especially if the game is in single player mode or offline games.

You will learn more if you play alone... online with other people. If you play alone with bots, well, you can learn the basics and how the skills, builds, and characters are played, but the learning curve with these MOBA are so steep that playing with bots won't get you anywhere. You can play with friends, but you will have to either slow down or speed up your progress to match them, and that's gonna be frustrating from time to time.

I prefer to play with my friends because it is a lot more fun than playing alone, to me at least. So I'll always prefer to play with friends than just myself.

I like to take my good share of breaks between gaming, or sometimes I'll simply get distracted and skip to chatting or YT; that can generate a bit of bickering since my friends tend to be a lot more intense than I am.
Make no mistake, I enjoy playing with them, but I don't like to be nagged if I want to take a break here and there.
If I had to choose, then I'd rather rank on my own and keep things at my own pace!

This is exactly how I think, and I always recommend to people to not play with bots, it doesn't help you, it creates this fear of play with real people.

I prefer playing with my friends to playing alone. I only game in the evenings after work and mainly as a way to relax and unwind from the day. This makes it the perfect time to hop into game with some of my friends and chat while we have a good time. I'm no a particularly competitive person when it comes to video games, so grinding away by myself to become the best isn't a necessity for me.

I feel like that too. I have my moments. Sometimes I enjoy a good team chat and a team battle to distract my mind. There are other times when I'm so frustrated that I'd rather play alone and forget about it rather than having to deal with teammates who would probably nag me for not keeping my head in the game.

I'll always enjoy more the game by playing with my friends it just feels natural to play with a whole team using Discord to communicate at any time, that is what I think is the full experience of playing League of Legends, also you avoid the flaming and trolling unless you get together with your friends and just play to troll the enemy team haha

You remind me the times when I played with two mexican friends and we had a lot of fun, I miss those days.
We used to play for like 4 hours, normally we play just for fun, but others we played rankeds and we made a good trio, I was the adc, and them were the jungler and the top laner, so our games were pretty much secure.
