Some of the new contents have been showcased by Microsoft Studios for the TU12 patch of “Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition.” According to a report by Play XBLA on Aug. 23, the new media assets provide a look at the cocoa bean, ocelot and iron golem features added to the Xbox 360 port of the open-world sandbox video game.

The cocoa bean is part of the new jungle biome setting. Players will be able to collect these items from the top of the jungle trees. The ocelots and iron golems are part of the latest mobs that were introduced in “Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition” with the TU12 patch. You can check out the screens of the latest title update, along with several other shots, in the slideshow located in the slideshow near the top of this article.

After a long development process, the TU12 patch is now available. Players will be prompted to download the latest version of the video game when connected to the Xbox Live service. In addition to the three aforementioned products, the title update also includes several significant changes with several features being added and more issues being fixed.

The downloadable version of “Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition” was released on May 9, 2012 while the retail disc iteration came out on June 4, 2013. The console port was handheld by 4J Studios, the same development team that will be working on the forthcoming “Minecraft: Xbox One Edition” for the Xbox One.
