Incident Report:
User “Mike” was mad at the name of a user named “Nugger.” Mike claimed that the user’s name was “racist” as it was so close to the N-Word. The parties involved were brought into a private channel, and it was discussed civilly about the name. “Nugger” at this time changed his name to “Nugget.” I asked if “Nugget/Nugger” meant anything racial by the name, in which he stated that it was from a “funny” cartoon that he took inspiration from (Something with a fastfood cartoon with chicken nuggets.) After the name change/explanation for the name, both users were asked if they were alright. Both parties declared that the situation was resolved, and I ended the staff situation.

Incident has been ongoing for the past few days, prior to incident report logging. The image in question is one with an eye ball with some sharp objects stuck in the skin around it; blood is present.
Incident Report:
Corvo has been placing “inappropriate” pictures as his TS avatar for a few days now. They have been removed by staff on multiple occasions under the merit that they are not appropriate for our TS. Seeing that his avatar was placed back to the infracturing-image, it was promptly removed by Katz with the consent of Skip. 5 minutes after the removal, Corvo entered the channel of Katz and Skip and questioned as to why his avatar was removed. Skip explained that it was not appropriate, and that there was no need for it on the TS. Corvo responded that he liked it because it “freaked” people out. This verified the intent of the avatar, and thus furthered Katz’s and Skip’s initial verdict. The case came to an end, and Corvo dispersed from the channel. His avatar has now been set to something else.

Was notified by founders/supervisors to investigate the situation. User Daytona211 will be called “Daytona” in this report.
Incident Report:
User Daytona is angered that he is not permitted to be apart of the CW staff team. He is arguing with the CW staff manager, and saying that he deserves to be staff. Blisk (CW Staff Manager) says that he shouldn’t be staff due to his inability to be professional. Daytona argued that he doesn’t have to act professional as a head GM, but would act professional if he was let back into staff. Blisk and Daytona both complained that the supervisors and founders are treating CW poorly, and that many things need to be fixed. They were both angry with the current status of CW. Daytona is also very mad about Blisk’s actions as staff manager, and says that he can’t do anything right. Daytona also is mad about the probation that someone gave him, and believes that is wrongly given. Supervisor Jog seemed to be the main person Daytona was mad at, so much so that he muted Jog. Jog continued to rejoin the channel that Daytona was in, which didn’t help the situation. Daytona may have had Jog muted, but what Jog said to the other users in the channel communicated the information. The situation appeared to be fully diffused until Jog seemed to somehow have reignited the situation.

Barlex entered the FO Security channel and asked if he could do something. He didn’t specify what he wished to do, and we questioned what he was referring to. Without warning he began to blaze music through his mic for a few seconds. He was moved out of the channel and then kicked by Skip. He joined back and was warned not to do it again. He once again did the same thing and was removed from the channel.
