Help me! *Need of Noose advice*

So i'm curious which one will kill me the slowest. Currently I will be hanging my self on Saturday, but I don't know what to do.

I like to die painfully, and I am probably going to have to cut off my donger (if you girls know what that is, anyways...) These are some nice nooses, but i don't know which one to pick.
