Cyan had a racist avatar with the N word on it. I removed his avatar and told him not to have a racial avatar. Verbal Warning.

Users: Daytona, Flash, Fezz (Flash and Fezz not the problem)
Desc:
Daytona was bothering people on TS about how he was banned and everything, eventually Flash, Skip and I moved him to somewhere private and solved the issue and moved it more forum wise. Eventually Fezz came and helped.
Other stuff:
Help moved some people around.
Gave Jimbo and Tomboys Desktop tags.
