[FIXED] My port won't open -.-

Okay, this should work, I know it should, but something is stopping it and I have no idea what.

Router: ASUS RT-N66R
http://www.asus.com/us/Networking/RTN66R/

1: I went into my router through the 195.168.x.x in chrome.
2: I went to port forwarding, put in 25565, put in my IP address, enabled it, and then saved changes.
3: I went here http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ to test the port but it's still saying it's closed.

I dont think any firewalls are blocking anything as well.

I have to be missing something but I don't know what. Any ideas?

Did you open both protocols for the port?

Also you have to add a firewall exception for the 25565 port.

Yes I opened both protocols for the port, and I added firewall exception for that port:/
I just reinstalled windows and im about to try again, wish me luck.

I wouldn't add your local IP, add this one: 184.1.***********

i dont have an ip that looks like that:/ they all start with 192.168.****
and i was using my Ip4V or what ever it is

Thats the one you should be using.
You're opening the port to join the game. And that IP is the one the router will connect people to. Therefore the IP must be your ipv4 address of your pc.

UPDATE:
okay so i still haven't been able to open port "25565" or any other ports, i realized that i have a modem and a router and I portforward both of them, the modem gateway is like 10.0.0.x and the routers 192.168.x.x
ive watched and read many tutorials and and just can seem to figure it out... any ideas?
