Do you think GTA V is too violent?

I think the whole company motto was do what no one else is doing. Hence the reason why their games are so popular and sell so well. they are setting new standards in the gaming industry. Gamers have grown up and so should the games. I'm almost 40 and I still play video games. I like to see...

The NES best retro console ever?

I totally forgot the number reason why I would still play and own a NES. I loved the game Shadowgate. That has got to be the best game ever made for the NES. Very addicting and at times I got really frustrated playing it.

Has anyone tried this system back in the day? I never had the chance to but I wish I did. Back then this was cutting edge.

Xbox 360 Worth getting a 360 after all this time?

From what I gather the console is now at a rock bottom price and games are really cheap. Go check out craigslist or ebay and you will see a lot of games sold in bundles for really cheap. A lot of people have moved on to the next platform and are unloading their old gear.

Which is your favourite RPG from the 16/24 bit generation?

I heard good things about chrono trigger when it first came out. I was a sega fan and biased so I didn't get that interested in buying another platform. I' have to check that one out for sure.

PS3 What's your "Essential Games" list?

I'd get anything that has the Hit man series attached to it and Zombie themed games are cool. I don't like the feel of the new Resident Evil games. I thought the free flowing "running around" movement was better. This fixed position and ready to shoot is irritating during game play.

    PS3 Trophies

Well to be honest, I like the trophies. It gives me an extra sense of achievement besides beating the game on the hardest settings. You can then go online and show off your stats. I was playing the recent releases for hitman, and all i could think of was surpassing the the #1 guys on the...

    PS3 How much longer?

The latest figure that are released every so often do tell that PS3 and XBOX 360 are still being bought and sold around the world. With the newer consoles out the prices have dropped considerably for the early models. By that news alone, that should tell the powers that be to continue support...

What's a game you'd like to see remade?

Age of Empires 2 was the first PC game that I had bought. I was addicted to the thing. I played it all the way through the night until it was time to go to work in the morning. I did buy Age of Empires 3 and had luke warm feeling about that one. I also tried Age of Mythology which I also...

    Streets of Rage/Bare Knuckle.

Streets of rage series was a good one. I picked up a copy because of the final fight game in the arcades. Eventually it made its way to Sega consoles, but the Streets of Rage series took off and sequels were made. I wish I kept those games and not given them away to my nephews. But that was...

What is your favorite Genesis/Megadrive game?

I played all the Sonic games for the Genesis and it was a lot of fun. As I got older my taste had changed a bit. Actually my favorite games Buck Rogers. That was a good space RPG at the time. It had all the elements of a normal RPG but the mixed space travel and other worldly interactions...

Which is your favourite RPG from the 16/24 bit generation?

I was a sega lover and I first fell in love with Phantasy Star 2 for the Genesis. It did come with a strategy book and guide you through most of the game. Thank god for that book. Without it there is not telling how long it would take to reach then, if that. After that I got a copy of...

    What's your favorite Gameboy games/s.

Well, I have to admit it was tetris. You see I used the Gameboy as a way to kill time on the bus when commuting between college. Drives were at least 2 hours one way. So Tetris was the best way to consume my time on long drives.

    Anyone play the Splatterhouse series?

Back when the first Splatterhouse came out for the turbografx16 it was the game to get for that console. I remember it competing against the Sega Genesis and people at the time was comparing it to Ghouls and Ghost. But sadly, I never got the chance to play it. I was a Sega Genesis fan.

    Worst console flop ever?

I watched a youtube doc on the virtual boy. Coming from a big name like Nintendo you would never expect a piece of crap like this. To ahead of its time, and they tried to make it cheap for the public by making it viewable in red? WTF?! I have to say it did look promising when it was first...

    Worst console flop ever?

The demise of the Dreamcast was due in part of the pending PS2 release. Everyone was buzzing about the DVD media that the ps2 had. Now the Dreamcast games were eventually pirated with the cd ripping technology that was rising at the time. With those 2 factors alone sega and the dreamcast was...

What' your favorite NEO GEO game?

This was awhile back. I was never into fighting games, so I gravitated to King of the Monsters. For those that are unfamiliar with the game, it's basically a monster bash up games where giant monsters are fighting in city surroundings.

    Atari Jaguar

There was so much hype to this system. Everyone had the 32 bit systems but atari was boasting is 64 bit system. Needless to say, all that computer power didn't amount to much as game developers didn't back the system. Do you remember this system?
