So I've recently gotten a copy of dark souls 3 a few days ago and I am nearly done with NG and I was wondering how many of you guys also have it and how do you play it. I currently play as a pyromantic swordsman.

Yeah, generally sorcery is easy mode with pyromancy behind it in second. Everything else is significantly harder because you have to get up close and risk getting cheesed by bosses. Currently with my pyromancer I two-three hit those giant black transforming "things" while in lothric castle.

Playing it for the first time as Knight, stuck on abyss watchers :(((
Bruh I fucking beat the abyss watcher after spending a week leveling to level 55 then I went in with almost 1k health and a shit ton of strength and rekt his shit, but I almost died at the end. I am currently a mercenary carrying a one handed sword, but wielding it with two hands... Then when I got to the catacombs of Cartherus I FUCKING FOUND THE LORD OF CENDER!!! THE DAMN GIANT!!! I fucking hit him with 200 attack damage and did totally nothing to him he has an almost insta kill attack force each time fucking OP. Whatever you do if you find a room with a goblet DON'T TOUCH IT!

I recently picked up Dark Souls 3 after having played and loved the first two games. However, I simply can't convince myself to finish it. It's been years since I played my last Dark Souls game, and all the conditioning I've built up after hours upon hours of practice is gone. Now that I've picked up the series again it's more frustrating than ever simply because knowing I could do better yet am horrible is infuriating. If getting destroyed by a boss isn't frustrating enough, getting destroyed by a boss which I can clearly tell is super easy by Dark Souls standards, that's maddening.

I love Dark Souls! I've finished all except the Demon Souls - I haven't played that one but I read that it's quite hard. I got into the franchise when Dark Souls 1 was on big discount on Xbox 360 and I decided to grab it (it was like $5). I am so happy that I did. It is really an amazing franchise. I don't know what it is but you simply get addicted. Even though you die like twenty times to a boss, you will still run back again. It is just weirdly fun? and frustrating at the same time, haha. I remember some bosses made me rage so hard in Dark Souls 3, especially Pontiff. His sword attacks are just ridiculous - they have a one-mile range and he attacks SO FAST. He gave me tons of problems.

It is weird how many people actually play as a Sorcerer. I have always played as the most standard Knight build with a shield.
