This place was pretty fun. I don't get to talk games with a lot of people in the real world. Now it's just empty. The game shop all say "sold out" so there's that too.

I visit a few times weekly but nobody's really talking much so I just browse the game shop. There was a busy period before though when I had conversations with people on a lot of threads. Now it's just silence. I'd join the servers for games but I'm not really a fan of the Star Wars and Ark games.

The arcade scene where I grew up was a massive rip-off. Tokens were worth half my allowance each (to be fair, I had low allowance) but it's not like one token can last you 30 minutes of gaming. It's one death, and that's it. Definitely not worth it, and the prizes for the tickets in the arcade...

Meh, I really don't see the big deal with these different companies trying to create their own spin on the controller. It just makes transitioning from one console to the other since the X button can be in any of the 4 right side buttons. It's confusing, and they should just create a universally...

I never had any luck when it comes to getting pre-owned games. It's always beaten up, or nearly destroyed from a long time of disuse, with discs scratched to hell and all that. I really don't believe in that sort of thing, and now I just get Steam games so that there's no physical copy.

I think people make too much of a big deal about gaming and their influence on the younger audience. Most of the time it's the parents who are responsible for the actions of their kids, but they would rather blame something else rather than admit the fact that they failed in some aspects as a...

I think the idea of "missing some quests" is good too because you'll want to play another round just for those things. If you complete EVERYTHING in the first round, you would have no reason to go for a second one, which really chokes the life of the game if you think about it. You'll get bored...

Sounds like an ass who thinks he's special. There's always that one person who's friends with one of the group, but then tries to be the most popular or take over as the leader. It's always annoying. That's why I'd rather play solo stuff than have to deal with people like that.

I too, played Monster Rancher as a kid. I thought it was fun and since I watched the TV show, I knew most of the characters in there. Too bad I didn't know how to fight in the arena, so I just had the controls given to the monsters themselves, where they fought on their own. I never went far in...
