Would like to hear some feedback on the new character models. 0/10 for gnomes as this Nerfnow comic says haha. I would probably go with tauren as the nicest one amongst the remodels? But female night elf is pretty hot :p

I think that the Orc new models are absolutely GORGEOUS! They are so colorful and actually represent these barbaric creatures quite well with those enraged expressions.

I also think that the Draenei ones are beautiful too, once again because of the color work on them.

One of my other guild mates started an Orc shaman because of the model re-work. I'm actually really impressed with the humans, and I can't judge my favorite until they release the Blood Elf models. *grumble*

I don't really have a favorite. I'm torn. Some of them look good (after being tweaked a bit more), but some of them are still kind of meh. I don't feel like the animations really fit them well either. Some are worse than others.

The human bodies and some of the hairstyles look better, though more hairstyles are needed. I think the females all look a little too wide eyed though.

I get that character revamps were needed, but some of my toons just don't feel like my toons now. My human paladin was my first character, so after playing it for 7 years, I kind of got used to how it looked. You know?

Blood elves, right...AM I RITE GUYS!?!

But seriously Blizz, get the worgs done. Until then, I controversially really like the Tauren revamp. I get that some people think they aren't as fierce looking, but the Tauren we play as have always been characterized as even keeled and wise. I think their new models really reflect that and have added the little bells and whistles that make them seem more organic. They were the models I thought aged the worst since the old days.

I honestly liked every rework. I still do. It was very much-needed and I love the way the races look now... Is it just me or does the female human with brown hair resemble the Sims character?? Haha.

My favorite overall is blood elf though. They fixed them quite a bit and made the male stance and body posture better and realistic. I absolutely love playing my female blood elf. You have to admit that the horde's new models are better than alliances :p

Oh I agree in full. Horde definitely got the better treatment, but then their models were kind of worse for the whole earlier part of the game before the upgrades. They sorely needed it. The only thing I really dislike about the new models are the human faces. The male faces, especially, are pretty awful. They all look either tired or kind of derpy. Beyond that I'm pretty happy with the outcome. I love the new attack moves that were added with Legion, too! They finally take advantage of the capabilities of the new models in a way that justifies their expense.

I found the animations for some to be very awkward at first. I hope that's been improved upon.

The female human faces seem a bit too wide-eyed for my taste. At least the bodies aren't so clunky now.

Can we all just stop and say "hairstyles"? That's what's sorely needed, if you ask me. More and better.
