Mine has to be Bad Company 2, it's before the game turned into a brown and blue console shooter :(

I didn't actually vote. I've played Battlefield before, but to be honest, I'm not sure which one it was that I played because it was at a friend's house. I've been thinking of buying something from the Battlefield series though, because the latest Call of Duty games haven't been too great. Does anyone have any recommendations? It look like the Poll only has one vote so far. Come on guys!

Bad Company 2. I spent 6 days of time playing that game, the most amount of time i've ever spent playing an FPS. I tried BF3 but it felt like something was missing. I liked the maps and the overall atmosphere of Bad Company 2 better. I didn't like 4 at all.

I like Battlefield 3 the most. The fact that the multiplayer base is still huge is a testament to how great the game is. The combat is good, The gun selection is good, the maps are good, And I love the vehicles as well. Compared to 4 it is heavenly. Compared to Bad Company 2, it's more refined and has more focus. That is why I think that Battlefield 3 is the best one.

I only enjoyed BC2 and BF3, but between the two of them I'm leaning slightly more toward 3 because it felt a bit more refined. I still play it religiously to this day.

I enjoyed Battlefield 3. I felt that the campaign was living in a Michael Bay movie. I loved everything about it and thinking about restarting it. :)

I was torn between Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 3. But I went with BF3 as I played it a lot more.

I believe BF3 was the best game overall, not to mention BF4 didnt live up to its hype as much either!

I like Battlefield 3 the most. It was the game that got me hooked on the Battlefield series. I really loved the campaign and story line. The online experience was also great. I loved the variety of online maps and weapon classes that were available.

I would have to say BF 1942 was the best , and I'm probably one of the few that think that. Last decent one would have to be BF BC2. BF3 kinda started the whole trend that tends to be really annoying now. Let us mod the games and stop forcing DLC down our throats.

To me, the best one is Battlefield 4. Regardless of the growing pains that it went through, it's still one of the most enjoyable first-person shooters available. Sure, the majority of your time should be spent playing the objective and helping your team win, but with so much to see and do, it's important to take some time to enjoy the things that make the game incredible.

I probably enjoyed Bad Company 2 the most. The story was immersive but funny, and it was probably the most "quirky" Battlefield. It was pretty much the only Battlefield where I genuinely cared about the main characters. The BF3 campaign was lackluster at best and BF4 was decent, but BC2 and to some extent BC1 were incredible. The multiplayer was really good as well, but the best part for me was the campaign. I also really enjoyed the Vietnam expansion as an updated and improved version of the original Battlefield: Vietnam.

Well, battlefield 3 was the first one in the series I played. I tried going back to the older games but you just can't go back once you're used to the improved graphics and game mechanics. BF4 was a disappointment though, I really wish that game didn't exist and they just kept improving Bf3 the way Valve does with CSGO right now, because there really wasn't that much of a difference gameplay-wise.

I definitely agree. The only reason I can still play it is from nostalgia. DICE has confirmed that they are working on Bad Company 3, and I really wish they released that before BF4 and Battlefield: Hardline. I don't think there is even a confirmed release date or any information about it.

Bad Company 2 for me. It's the last Battlefield game that I truly enjoyed. There is something about it that makes me love it, and to be honest, I don't know what is it. Maybe it's the gameplay mechanics, the huge maps, and the realism of the guns. I am hoping that DICE will start working on bfbc3 or, at least, release news regarding the development of the game.

I absolutely thought Battlefield 1942 was the best game. I've since played 1943, BC2, BF3, BF4, and Hardline. I liked all the maps, vehicles, and weapons. I spent many, many, hours in that game. It may be a bit outdated for today's standards, but I think it's simplicity and replay-ability makes it stand out. I still play it once in a while.

The first ever Battlefield game I played was BF4 and I loved it. It was a modern shooter where everything was current in terms of guns, vehicles etc. I'm actually thinking of purchasing Battlefield 4 for the PS4 today because it seems to be on sale. I currently have Battlefield 1 and it has gotten a bit boring now because its just the same maps and guns over and over again. The fact that they charged for premium to get decent new maps is annoying because I don't want to have to pay the price of a new game to get some maps.

I know a lot of people do tend to prefer BF3 but unfortuately I've never had the chance to try it out.

Battlefield 3.

I love the multiplayer of Battlefield 3. One reason why i love Battlefield 3 is the huge multiplayer maps, according to me the more larger maps the more possibilities of playing styles, in Battlefield 3 the size of map is enough big for all kind of playstyles, you can rush, you can as well sniper from longer distance, you can play stealth, you can as well play rainbow style. Another reason is the vehicles, the vehicle's control is very realistic in battlefield 3. third and last reason is weapons, the weapons in battlefield 3 are balanced properly none of weapon is over-powered or under-powered and control of weapons is also very epic.

That solely what i think.
