You as a Teamspeak Moderator will be given specific permission to do as you are REQUIRED to do according to the rules of the Teamspeak. This application will be giving to those set in charge of the teamspeak the basic knowledge required to properly continue the process of choosing their staff team. If you are not ready to be critiqued and the responsibility of our community’s players simple yet complicated concerns, then you should most indefinitely rethink before continuing into this Application.
If you are not aware of the rules of the teamspeak, close this application immediately as you are not ready or serious for this application.
This form will be the 1st of a two part overview which will decide whether or not you will receive the rank.

Give us a reason to simply consider you as a possible candidate: Considering my activity on the TS, I would consider myself as a very good candidate for TS staff. I am on the TS at all times that I am on my computer, and I am willing to assist other players in their time of need. I am capable/willing to assist players when ever they are in their time of need. I am a very capable mediator, and can easily defuse situations though logical application and philological defusal tactics (I am training to be a cop, so this is common-play).
Describe yourself: I like to assist people, and want Endless networks to strive (Thus I wish to better our networks best median, Teamspeak, by enforcing rules and preserving the players experience while on our service(s)). I am also a very progressive person, and am always looking at how some systems can improve.
What do you think Teamspeak Staff is? I think TS staff are members of the community who are trusted enough to police the TS, ensuring that its rules are enforced, and that all players using it have an enjoyable time. We are no different than regular users, asides from us being trusted enough to have the power to have administrative powers to enforce the terms and rule of the TS.
What experience do you have? I have a lot of experience in the TS moderation field. When I worked for Plex's community, I was apart of the Support Staff in the TS. I mainly interviewed people, assisted anyone in need in regards to the server/TS/etc, or I helped write rules/terms of service. I enjoy writing out documents, for some reason, as made evident by my past adventures (Making the FO Security database, DT database, donations TOS for Plex, server suggestions, etc.) I also love the aspect of interviewing people, and writing questions for said interview.
What are some faults in you that will affect your position as Teamspeak Staff? I go AFK a lot, which may lead to some players thinking that I am blatantly ignoring them. Asides from that, I can't really think of any true downsides of my appointment to TS staff. I currently am an admin on FO, and I have yet to have any issues regarding my appointed power(s).
Are there any teamspeak rules that you find faulty or you think are missing? Not that I can think of at this current time, but I will make sure to suggest any I have in the future.

This is the second iteration of my application. The first one was written very poorly, and just to get laughs. I apologize to Lady who took time out of her day to make this format, and to read my first application. I disrespected her, and her time, by blatantly disobeying the format expectations. I am serious about this position now, and I apologize once again for any wrongdoings on my part.

- Super active.
- Very helpful, and willing to assist players.
- Good mediation skills, to defuse conflicts between players.
- My rederic towards users can be less than adequate, and can lead to miscommunication. (What I mean by this is that my attitude towards players, in times, can be unjust. As in I am sarcastic with them, etc.)
- AFK occasionally.
- I curse(swear) a lot, which could offend some users.

- Answer this and any form as if you are actually giving a _____ about the position. Otherwise exit the document.
- Your answers must be professional. You are allowed to express yourself but don’t push the margin on your “memes, jokes, between-the-line-insults”
- Your answers are for us to depict a picture in our minds about who you are. This does not mean what you look like, what clothing you wear normally or what you smell like. It means on how YOU would be an ASSET to our team and if you would be worth our time. As harsh as this sounds, that is how it is plain and simple.
- Your grammar and vocabulary says a lot about your application and the amount of time possibly allocated to applying for the position. The very least the Teamspeak Head’s ask of you is that you make sure your grammar, spelling and vocabulary is not past the 10% cringe point. You would be surprised how far good grammar,vocab and spelling takes you.
