So what this means is that you have xbox gold but when u go to play a game it will sign you out. What this means it that you have a cruppted account and is really eazy to fix.
First, delete the cruppted profile.
2nd, go to download profile.
Here you are going to redownload the cruppted profile that you just deleted.
Now you think it would not do anything but what it dose is it refreshes your profile. Its like a web page leave it open to long and it might have problems.
