No, it was removed a while back. Having a chatbox right now will only deter from people posting in the forums which right now is what we need. If we ever add one down the line it's likely it will be for Premium Members and staff.
For now we shall use this: http://protechmodz.com/Thread-General-Chat-Thread

With the merge of PTM and GameRebels, you should now be able to access a chat box on our forum
