Do cheat guides make games too boring?

The whole fun of a game seems to be figuring out a mystery. in that case, cheat guides, though necessary at times, are not something one wants to be dependent on. Anyway, do you all use them?

Wii (and Wii U) Controllers vs The Switch Controllers

Not sure about The Switch controllers as I haven't tried the system, but I know all about the Wii (and Wii U) ones with their certain and unique way about them. Anyway, I'm wondering if The Switch is an abandonment of the old way and if there is some new way which is perhaps unique or better...

    Renting Games vs Buying

Some might feel certain games - like certain movies, are just too boring to buy. In other words, you play it once or a few times and you've had enough, or at least you've had enough for say a few months or a year. However, though, there may be some who enjoy the games they've played so much...

Gaming Addiction vs an Enjoyable Hobby

Are people claiming people have an addiction exaggerating? They might be. I mean, anyone passionate about a hobby might seem weird and eccentric to outsiders.

Strategy Books, Sites, and Videos - Are they making it less a challenge?

When things are where I haven't a clue, I might want help. However, though, I find that any help at all is unwelcome. It lowers the fun of the game by a huge amount.

Super Mario Galaxy I and II

Which one do you enjoy better (if you like them at all)? I think I like both equally well, but I haven't had a chance to master most of the 2nd one. Anyway, these two (in regards to Wii games) are definitely the ones I most enjoy playing - but I might also throw Donkey Kong Country in there...

    The Modern Controller

The original Nintendo had what I would say was the first modern controller. Note, at the time, the other systems Atari or Apple used weird controllers that were nothing like what we see today. For instance, the Atari one was gripped with your hand.

Your Favorite 80s or Early 90s PC Game

I liked this Apple game where you use a plane to bomb Japanese held islands in World War II. It was pretty cool stuff, considering that at the time graphics were very simple. Anyway, despite the time, the graphics didn't seem very simple, but probably it was some sort of intentional illusion.

Why buy new when used is available?

There might be people into high-class stuff who only want new - as in new clothes, new games etc.. However, the quality of a mint condition used game might be as high as for the opposite. In that case, why throw money away?

    Gaming is Childish

Some cynics, particularly from an older generation, might think gaming is only for kids. However, though, nowadays, that idea seems silly as I think most gamers are adults. Am I correct?

    Gaming Rarely

I normally only do gaming when my nephew comes over. In fact, I hardly game at all. However, though, when it snowed the year before last, I got quite a bit into Super Mario Galaxy. Anyway, what keeps some of you from gaming that much?
  18. GameCube

    Your Favorite Sega Game

Mine would have been Sonic Spinball on the basic one and this motorcycle and racing one on a more advanced one I had. Anyway, though, for the basic one, the original Sonic was fun also, but not as much as Spinball. However, then again, I didn't play the original Sonic that much.

    Your Favorite Atari Game

Being a kid in the 80s, that was a major gaming system. Anyway, my favorite was Pitfall Harry - basically an adventure game like Mario. Possibly the 2nd favorite was Pole Position, a racing game.

Steam gaming codes from PayPal sometimes don't work

I think they work most of the time. Nonetheless, sometimes they don't and if you're dishing out 20 USD a code, then the sum can be devastating. In that case, I'd beware of the place. However, though, I cannot really be sure if the person whom I gave the codes (It was some private barter...
