Not exactly :p
Some sections grant more than others. Off topic sections grant none. It is also not per character. There is more of an algorithm.

I wonder if someone can surpass 30,000 to 300,000 it would be fun to see an Active member of this community I am the Only one at this moment of time :)

Well I can but it can take me like a few years many 10 or 5 or I can post durng the holidays or summer days since school is off during those months and I am less busy but yea i can try
