I like the Facebook games and I think that some of these games are really good. I play a few games on Facebook and these are Criminal Case, Farm Hero Saga where I have a very high level, Triviador an education game, and The gardens of time.
Facebook games are fun and are very entertaining for many of us!

They're not my type, unfortunately (...or not). First of all, they lack diversity to me, and they're mostly meant to be time wasters with little to no depth to them. I used to play them time ago, but I've realized there are way better games to play out there. To each their own, though, I guess.

Facebook games are only good if they are on androids as well. I am pointing towards games like Ludo star and 8 ball by Miniclip. Playing a game on Facebook is actually not that worth it. As androids themselves have such powerful games that can connect with Google Play and facebook sign up so who needs Messanger games.

I will admit some of them are good time wasters, but isn't that true for all gaming to an extent? I mean it is OK to give yourself a break and play some of these games if you have the time to spare. We aren't machines, and casual gaming like there is on Facebook can give you the sort of break you may need in your busy life.

Facebook has been providing its users with different games. Farmville hit the world by storm in the past and made everybody want to become a farmer. The craze eventually died down. After a brief moment of silence, Facebook games are on the rise again.

I've noticed that people around me have been playing Everwing more and more frequently. It isn't really special. It's just your regular top down shooter game similar to those that you could find in the arcades in the 90s.

What are your thoughts on Facebook games? Do you think that they suck? Or do you think that this is the future of gaming?

Facebook is one of the most interactive social networks. It host a vast number of users and still increasing on daily basis. As a result of this, it strives to come up with host of games to encourage people to maximize their usage of the social network.

There are lots of socal networks that came out within the time frame of Facebook inception such as Badoo, Eskimi, MySpace etc but for the lack of giving the users more to enjoy in the applications, they tend to lose interest in its usage.

So it's nice to say that the rise in the Facebook games is one of the reasons people prefer it to other interactive applications because it's helps to bond people from different parts of the world even if you weren't friends in Facebook but it's games will help in linking you people up so long both of you people play same game.

For instance, Top Eleven Football Manger that am playing, I happen to have been linked with over 500 new friends I never imagined that I would have as friends but simply because we play same game through Facebook, we are good friends today.

So therefore, Facebook games to me is an A+ improvement for game players.

I don't think people play games on Facebook that much anymore. A few years ago titles like Farmville or Joyrider were really popular but nowadays no one talks about them. Games on Facebook have been dying out in my opinion.

Facebook games are there just to drift away your attention span from more important stuff and even bigger games. They are made just so you can multi-task and keep a certain part of your brain entertained, the one that likes collecting stuff and accomplishing daily goals, other than that they are really nothing special and not really worth investing time into IMO.

I actually did not know that there were facebook games until I saw this forum. I looked into it, and honestly, they are not fit to my taste. I see how they could pass the time and be entertaining, but when I make time to game, I prefer my console in my mancave and a good RPG to get sucked into.

I remember that when I started using Facebook I played its games all the time. Farmville, a pet game, a restaurant game, detectives games and many others. Some games were really addictive and I thought I would never get bored of them. However, time passed and eventually I did grow bored. I don't play Facebook games anymore, it doesn't feel like it used to. I don't know why, but now they are kind of tiresome and dull.

Mark is doing a good job by bringing in innovative ideas such as the Facebook games.Well, I see them as games with regular content nothing out of the ordinary. So it just for entertainment.

I used to play Facebook games like Farmville, The SIMS, Candy Crush, Hidden Chronicles and many others. However after some time I really got bored playing those games as they were not really that exciting. Moreover I had so many good PlayStation games and I quit playing the Facebook games.

It kills time which is basically the point of those things. I've seen some who just really want to brag about their scores and achievements there though. Like some sort of sick and twisted "my best years are behind me so I brag about a mini game" where people even at some instances faked their scores and feats just for bragging rights.

When I was in early high school and Facebook was just starting to gain popularity in my friend group, I would play Facebook games rather often. This was before Candy Crush I think, but I distinctly remember spending some time after school every day checking up on my farm in Farmville. It didn't keep my interest for very long, though. Anymore I don't make a second glance at Facebook games, but I don't have anything against people who do play them. Unless they continually send me requests via Facebook, then it gets annoying, haha
