I remember the 64bit era all to well, what a great time that was to be alive lol :D.
Yeah, true, my friend. It was indeed a great time for us beginners. We have had some nice time around some basic gaming. Even then those days are so memorable. I remember having played a very many games on my first console after spending a month or two with it. I played legend of kage, ninja gaiden, batman, Superman, spiderman, kickmaster, ninja brothers (now that's classic, to tell you the truth), snow Bros (another one), kungfu Mario, Bruce Lee, double dragon, red dragon and ..... If I go on then the post will be too long. So you get it, right? The times were classic and the games even more than that. (*_*)

The first game I remember buying was Godzilla, Monster of Monsters for the NES. I had a wad of birthday money and a love of crazy old monster movies. I can honestly say I was not disappointed! My only real gripe about the game was Godzilla never got to smash his way through any buildings.

The first game I bought with my own money was Assasins Creed and I was very proud to buy it with my own money. This is one of my all time favorite games that I still used to play whenever I have the mood. Ah, it never gets old. I still remember how I boasted about it to my father for a week and he got frustrated lol :tearsofjoy:

My first game that I ever bought was Excitebike on the NES. My brother and I saved our allowance for 4 weeks to buy that game. We bought it at Sears and I still can remember how excited we were in the back of my mom a dads car. My brother and I played that game to death and then some LOL.

I remember this game from the emulator I got as a kid. It was basically just jumping up and controlling the engine without burning out. It was fun, but it was really repetitive as was the rest of the games from that era. Too bad the limitations of the time really showed since most games were meant for mere minutes compared to today's hundreds of hours in game time.

Does it matter if I asked for it as a present? :D I remember I was hooked on American McGee's Alice, fortunately Mom didn't know it was kinda horror-ish. :'D If not, than it was Dead space. I loved every bit of that game, I played it with a friend and then I had to buy it.

First game I ever bought was Baldur's Gate. That was so long ago. I remember it because I already played d&d on tabletop and wanted to see a game like it. It was my first rpg as well and it got me hooked to the genre. I bought all the expansions plus others. lol

I don't remember the first game I bought with my own money. I would imagine it would be a Pokemon game for the Gameboy Advance though. First game I can actually recall purchasing would be Uncharted 2 for the PS3. Left me entertained for hours and hours with the story mode alone and many, many more hours playing online.

First game I bought was super mario 64 for the N64. Had a blast with the game when I was younger even though since we didn't have internet or a computer at the time, I struggled through the game countless times. Still have fun playing it today!

The very first game that I bought was Contra for my family computer. I still remember asking for it from my mom over and over again until she had enough of my whining and decided to buy it for me. It was fun playing that time at that time because of the cheat code. Pressing the right keya on your joystick before the intro music finishes would give you 30 lives.

With my own money, my first game was: Crash Bandicoot (the hole series), my brothers and I saved money to buy a Playstation 1 and we also bought this game with a few more. But Crash was the most classic game, it was the funniest, we played it all the time and it never bored us. It's a shame that I don't have the opportunity to play the new remastered one.
