There are actually a few games I've really enjoyed, but would be quite a list if I'm to mention..the list would include GTA(grand theft auto) all soccer games, Need for speed, kontra, Mario, snake*yes on nokia phones! I enjoyed them) VCop2, super mario e.t.c. Enjoying them could mean completing them for a few of them

I've played so many games in the course of my entire life that it would be impossible to name them all one by one, most likely due to my terrible memory. But the games I actually enjoyed were the games I commonly mention in this forum, which is the God of War and Twisted Metal series. Aside from those two, I enjoyed DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monk and Armageddon, Resident Evil 2, and a lot more but those are probably the ones that stuck into my head the longest.

I have played and enjoyed many games over the course of the years. Still, there have been a few that left a mark in my memory and have changed my life to an extent. For starters the MGS series in particular MGS3. Then I could not forget Amnesia the Dark Descent. That game completely changed how I rate horror games. It's actually an "Amnesia scare scale" haha

I am the picky kind of gamer to be honest! I always stick with a few games I love to play, like DOTA or Call of Duty. A few classics like Mortal Kombat and Super Mario. Currently I am loving Minecraft too!

That's a very long list. There are so many games that I actually like to play or I have played. I really like Super Mario, Pac-Man, Silent Hill, Commando, Age of Empires, Counter Strike, Need for Speed (the first one) - this was the first car racing game that I played on my computer and was addicted to it, Need for Speed Underground, Tomb Raider, Tekken (all the games), FIFA, Criminal Case, GTA and many others.

Man, I've lost the count of how much I've played, like... I'm playing since I was 7 years old, I have enjoyed a lot of games and I have no regrets on playing them.

This question is practically impossible for me to answer accurately, as I've been playing video games dedicatedly since I was like six years old. Over the years I've probably played hundreds if not thousands of games, with consoles ranging from the SNES to the PlayStation 3 era, and all the latest PC games.

More importantly though, I think I've only ever enjoyed those games 20% of the time. Usually I would sit through a game if it was tolerable, but it was not often that I could find a genuinely enjoyable experience.

I'd say I played at least 100 different games and it'd be really hard to pick out my favorite since I always consider every game before I play it. I watch the trailers, read the reviews, I sorta want to know what expect. I don't think I ever played a game I hated and there are rarely games that I liked that didn't come in second installments, so I'll name my few favorite series. Mass Effect, GTA, Dragon Age, Witcher, Skyrim (probably the only game here that, even though it's a part of the series, I've singled out). I'm a big fan of sports games as well, NBA 2K series in particular.

I'm surprised you still have Ragnarok Online as a favorite since it's been years since it's actually been relevant I think. I remember hearing my classmates swoon over it but I was one of those poor bastards who couldn't afford an hour in a computer shop; even more so when you have to pay a different set of time for playing the game itself. Unless you were rich or you had your own PC back in the heyday of its popularity, you wouldn't be able to appreciate the game.

It's on my list because it's the first online game that I've ever played and paid for. It had a sentimental value for me. I agree with the pay, since I was playing in a computer shop too and you also need to buy a card for the in-game time. It's one of the reason why I only achieved level 42 and stopped playing. After a few years, private versions of the game were released and they're free. So I spent a couple of months playing the game and enjoyed every minute of it. I still revisit them once in two months or whenever I'm in the mood.

I have played over at least 50 different games on steam (I know that's like less than 5% of my library leave me alone :[), but my favorites so far are Street Fighter 4, TF2 by far, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2010, and Beamng.Drive.

Currently I don't usually count them anymore, I just try to have the most fun playing the games that I choose. :oof:

I can't remember when it was the last time I played Street Fighter (I think it's been a long time). It's such a nice game! :oof:

Indeed it is. I've heard a lot of negative reviews about the newest one that came out though. I don't think I would want to spend the money to get it.

I usually enjoy most of the games I played with the exception of a few back then when I still have a PS1. Mind you that Internet/youtube was not as prevalent as it is now so there are only a few sources of reviews and screen shots I can find(magazines). The few games that I did not enjoy playing was pretty okay at first so while I did play test the game, there comes a point where the issue starts popping up and the game start getting terrible and frustrating.

I have been gaming, in some way or another, and at different intervals, for over thirty years, on different systems, with different habits, different formats, etc.--so, this question is pretty impossible for me to answer; although, I think it is a great question. I could probably remember some games I don't like; for example, most recently, I was disappointed with the new Elder Scrolls Online. I have never thought about this before, and reading this question actually made me realize how much gaming has been a part of my life for a while now.

Over the years I bet I played a 1,000+ games and I can count on both hands how many games that I really enjoyed. And it's not that I am hard to please. But it's I only like a certain kind of game. And I have tried to play every type of games but I mostly like MMORPG's and RPG's. My top 5 MMORPG and RPG games are......

  1. FFXI
  2. Everquest
  3. Everquest 2
  4. Fallout 3
  5. Oblivion

Yea something about character balancing, and just with the terrible launch the game had to go through in general.
