I have mention on a thread, that I prefer PC to any console because PC is upgrade-able but the fact that consoles (Xbox) is not; that is a serious downside to it.
PC rocks on any game with the right specifications and when you don't have the right specifications you can go and buy the specifications easily and play your game.

that is my personal choice about this though, everyone has his/her own different preference.

I have a PC in which I play certain games but playing in a Xbox is completely a different experience. I have never owned one but have played a number of times at my friend's place. My favorite is the Assasin's Creed series. It was really awesome and it was much better than playing on PC. So, I would prefer you to get a Xbox. :)

I highly recommend to buy a PC because you could have much more games on it, and have the opportunity to upgrade it whenever you want, with Xbox you are limited to play only its games and if another console comes out you'll have to buy it to be able to play great games.

For all type of new games PC is the best option to play games. It has all the required hardware and software updates for any games we need. There is always competition among Play Station and Xbox that which is better option in console section. Some games are playable in console and most of the games can be played in PC. PC is true in sense and better with two above options.

I have also same view as you. PC has more option for more games. Basically all the games we see can be played in our PC. Our computer is competent in playing those games. Other device like console, Xbox and PS are limited to some version of the games. We need to upgrade it every time for new games and challenges.Hence more expenditure will happen.

I'm more of a PC gamer so I would definitely recommed PC. Graphics are more crisp and games are more interesting.

Yes , I concur . PC has more option to play any games. Graphics are always excellent and games become interesting. We don't have to use extra tools to play computer games.

As you say that you own already a PC what it would be the reason to buy a new one? You should try an Xbox since you haven't played on it until now, but I suggest you not to spend too much money on it because you risk not to like it and turn back to your PC. gaming!

PC hands down! Just on cost alone is worth it! PC games tend to not discriminate like named consoles. Technology like steam is changing gaming like Roku and other streaming devices are making cable obsolete. As far as gamers I know this prefer playing at game on a PC over a console for a wider game play advantage. If you don't like using a keypad there are console controllers that plug in to PC's if that is more your style.

It depends since buying an Xbox system would cost you a lot but if you already have a PC, I'd say you should stick to PC gaming. There is just too much cost when buying a new console since you will also have to buy games along with it. Unless you have saved money, go for it.

Yes I am satisfied with PC gaming. It has all the requirement that I want to play a game. I don't need to buy other things like Xbox to play on. And I have already Play Station 4 to play these types of games. So no need to spend my money on it.

If you really have a good gaming PC,then I think there is no need to get Xbox. Although some games on Xbox are very rare to find for PC,but that still doesn't justify Xbox over PC. If you have a big screen television, a good gaming PC and an Xbox PC gaming pad,you are good to go.

I have to go along with what some of the others have said. There's no point in buying either, just to buy them.

Personally, I prefer my PC. I can do a lot more with it than just gaming, but I like gaming on it as well.

My kiddo has consoles, if I want to play them. About the only time I do, is if she wants me to play a specific game with her that is only playable on Play Station. I've never had Xbox, so I can't tell you anything about it. I do like PS, if I'm going to play console games.
I work on my PC too so I have to second that. PC is like a universal portal. You can do everything while consoles limit you to specific functions. That said it's always good to rest my eyes(After spending 5-7 hours online) a bit in front of the TV or in front of a consoles

Well, in this comparison. A few things are to consider. The biggest question, in my opinion, is if you're more comfortable with a controller or keyboard and mouse? That was a huge decision maker for me, which is why I chose PC over Xbox gameplay consistently. The type of gameplay quality you want to achieve is another thing. Also, how interested are you in modifying gameplay itself? As you'll have many more choices for customization in the realm of PC gaming over Xbox. Both can produce excellent gameplay at their optimum. And personally I do own both, but I'd go with PC preferably over Xbox gaming generally all the time.

I'm not so sure that looking at a different screen (console/TV) is really considered "resting" your eyes. I think avoiding screens probably gives them a better rest. I know it's a little different, but just saying. After a long day online, I like to get away from all that kind of stuff, at least for a little bit (and then go watch TV or play a game, lol). My eyes get dry and tired, feel strained.

Thankfully, I'm not addicted to my phone, or I'd spend most of my waking hours looking at some type of lighted screen.

I would only recommend you to buy an Xbox if you're highly interested in the exclusives, such as Halo and Gears of War. If not, definitely buy a PC: there are more games, they get best offers and you can improve your PC at anytime you want (get to change your VGA or add more RAM, etc). Also there are new Xbox versions coming up, so it's better if you wait just a little.

I understand you yes. But it's not only my eyes. Spending the whole day sitting is very bad for your posture. I do take walks and exercise every day but my back tends to hurt towards the weekend. So resting my back muscles on the sofa is a blessing for me.

PC would be nice. You'll get bored eventually sitting at home playing the same game over and over again. At least once you get bored, you can surf the web to do other stuffs like watching youtube or watching ehemm, a-a-a-achooo!!! Excuse me, I just released something. Anyway, what I'm saying is, you're a dude, get a PC.
Xbox is only for those people who have friends to play with. It's a good entertainment system if you have companies at home so if you are loaded anyway, buy both.
