Can I pick neither? haha :D I don't know... I'm more of an RPG or FPS gamer. I hardly ever play a football or a racing game. The only times that I played games like FIFA was with a bunch of friends and that wanted to beat my ass since I can't score a goal. And racing... it's okay to play sometimes but I feel like they're releasing too many driving games without adding anything new. No incredible new features or some ''excitement''. Just a few extra car models and new tracks. I still miss the old NFS 2.

Same here buddy. There are two exceptions for me, however: I enjoy the career mode of FIFA games and when it comes to racing the Burnout series is absolutely awesome. Have you played it? You have to win the race but you can drive your opponents out of the track too. Some game modes require you to do it. Super fun.

Probably pick racing games any day. I really like those kind of games ever since when I was a kid. Most games I often play before were the Need For Speed series. Played like all of them I think on desktop computer that is, haven't tried playing them on console. Although I use a controller on my PC. :) The best NFS edition I love is the Most Wanted one.

I enjoy soccer as a real-life sport but not as a video game for some reason. Maybe I just don't like them as games in general since I don't really like NBA games either. I do love to play racing games though, I think a lot of them are more accurate to their real-life counterparts and feels immersive in a way. I usually play Dirt 3, but when I was a kid I used to play Gran Turismo 4 often and I probably spent most of my time playing that game.

I hate the soccer games, I think they are very silly for me and my style, they are simple and boring. I rather to play racing games because they are more fun and interactive. I enjoy playing with my friends and we all dislike soccer in real life, I mean, we could play it one day and that's all, but we don't watch soccer games or anything like that.

Definitely racing games. I don't play them much nowadays, since most of the PC ones are hardware-heavy and aim to achieve a level of detail that my laptop can't even fathom to handle, but I loved Gran Turismo 4 on my PS2.
Aside from driving sims, I really like arcade racing games. I loved Wipeout when I was young, and I didn't think twice about getting similar games like Fast Racing Neo. I can't remember enjoying any soccer game like any of these.

I never played a soccer game, but I have played many racing games. I think that the racing games are fun, I would think that if you were a soccer fan you would likely enjoy a soccer game, but I am not sure that you would get the same enjoyment out of a video game that you would from watching or playing a real match.

Nope, don't think that I have ever played the Burnout series before... the ones that I have played are Need for Speed, Dirt, Grid, F1, Forza, Gran Turismo... but my favorite is still the old NFS. Some are okay but I get bored of them rather fast so I feel like there's no point in purchasing them.

Why do you like the Burnout so much? What's unique about it if you compare it to other driving games?

Mostly because you can crash! You can ram your car into your opponent and make him crash haha Also the crashes are very well detailed animations and I appreciate that in a video game. Basically, they combined a fighting game with a racing game and the result is very cool. I have no idea if the series is still active in the present day but the past games were awesome.

Racing games are best for me, I'm not a big fan of soccer, of course I would play a soccer game with my friends but I personally prefer racing like Gran Turismo or Need For Speed.

Oh well, I love both. Football games because I love football and is very entertaining to play. I remember playing one of these games back when I had the Super Nintendo console. I think it was about a World Cup and omg it was so entertaining that we could spend hours playing. I'm a big fan of racing games as Need For Speed. I had a PC a couple of years ago and I had installed one of these and I remember spending nights running from the cops in an awesome car. Sadly, I cannot install that now as I have my laptop only for work and the PC is gone for good:sleepy:

They are my least favorite genre, but if I had to choose I would pick racing games since there are a few that I actually enjoyed. First of all, the kart games are always fun: from the old Crash Team Racing to the most recent Sonic & Sega All Star Racing Transformed (boy what a long title...). They are pretty simple games, lots of fun, funny characters, and I almost always enjoy them.
But there is also a game that I enjoyed a lot even if I'm not into driving games: Driver San Francisco. Maybe it was just the mechanic where you could teleport into almost every car, but I just had a blast out of it! I would put it even in my top.. I don't know, maybe top 30. And I'm not a fan of racing games!

But soccer games are a no-no for me.But I might try Rocket League... would you consider it a racing or a soccer game?

Both games are equally fun. However, I can spend more time to play football games since I love the sport a lot. I am more familiar with football players than racing cars.

I love racing games way more than soccer mostly because I have never really played a legit soccer game before. Never tried FIFA or anything of that sort.

I have played some soccer games but it didn't have the desired effect on me, so I have changed my way and started to play racing and shooting games. Some racing games I play are Asphalt 8, Real Racing, and Asphalt Extreme ( with a monster truck). I like more racing games than the soccer ones!

Lol, this is kind of a weird comparison. Soccer is far different from racing. But hey, at least they can be both sports games, right

I'd have to go for soccer (or Football) over racing. I loved playing racing games in the past. I loved playing the Gran Turismo games, Burnout games, even Crash Team Racing. But ever since I got a car, I noticed that I would easily get bored by racing games.

So, no matter how much I hate watching soccer, I would have to pick it over racing games. I thoroughly enjoy playing FIFA by EA sports. You might think I'm lying because I hate watching soccer yet play soccer video games. I'm not lying. It also happened with Golf Clash - a mobile game about golf. I hate watching golf but I love to play the game.

I do play real life soccer just as a form of exercise with friends, not as a hobby.Though soccer is the most popular sporting activities among others in my country. The same thing goes for the game as well, I only play it once in a while, I don't kinda have much interest for it. If the two are the only options for me I will rather go for racing. And the only thing that makes me like it was this game called "Need For Speed" which we do play on Java phones then, before the arrival of smart phones.
