CounterStrike! I think that's the best FPS game of all time because it's the game that got me into first person shooters. The game was simple - it just pit terrorists against counter terrorists. Yet the gameplay was so good that it kept me and my friends glued to the monitor for hours on end.

On mobile, my favorite shooter is ShadowGun DeadZone. It's such a balanced third person multiplayer online shooter. It's easy to control even on the small screen, has great graphics and animation and awesome gameplay. It's also free so that's another plus for the game. If you have a decent mobile device, download this game.

Alrighti then, I agree with you on Cs-go It's still one of the most competitive games out there although it has been around for a good amount of time. The learning curve is very high to so in that sense it keeps you coming back again and again. Regarding the mobile game, I have not played it, but a good one for mobile I know is MC5! Here are some reviews of it. If you are not already familiar with it.

> “It plays as good as it looks.” – IGN
> “Amps everything up to the next level.” – 148Apps
> “Sharp controls, impressive graphics.” – Pocket Gamer

Team Fortress 2 will always have a heart for me. Loved the game back when it first started out and I still play it regularly. Now I just need to get a new mouse as my other one broke and ate shit on me. Lol!

The best shooter game I have ever played and I are still playing it is Counter Strike Global Offensive, I have played the old version 1.6. I liked it and I guess that there I made my training. Now I play this game every day, two or three matches every day. I don't get tired of this game, I got addicted and I am not sorry for it!

Counter Strike: Global Offensive. I love all the Counter Strike Franchise, and CS:GO is probably the best one of the franchise.

For PC, I'm caught between Counter Strike: Global Offensive and Team Fortress 2. I think I've spent the most time on CS:GO. But, they have both provided hours of enjoyable gameplay and memories made with friends. When it comes to console, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 for Xbox One has and always will be my all time favorite!

My all time favorite shooter is probably Perfect Dark. I loved the coop gameplay. The innovative weapons and early example of customizable bots made multiplayer a blast. The mixture of creepiness and humor the alien lent was, well, perfect! I have always been a fan of games who really let you live out the experience of your character in both exiting and mundane ways. Perfect Dark let you explore the base the main character worked from and had little achievements around the shooting range to participate in. Lots of games were aping what this one did first.

Since you said "shooter", I suppose I can go with both first-person and third-person games... oh, who cares, I just came here to praise Ratchet & Clank once more. Wonderfully crafted to fill the screen with bullets, beams and bolts and still make it feel fun as heck. It's the series that made me regret not getting a PS3/PS4 the most, really.
As for FPS, I'll go with Bioshock 2 for gameplay purposes. Say what you will about it, but playing as a Big Daddy with a melee setup is one of the most fulfilling experience in gaming.

I would have to go with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. I think they did that game perfectly. Back in the day, I would play that game every day for hours!

I'm really not a fan of shooters but I've played CounterStrike before and liked to play with bots. My favorite would be borderlands 2 if you could call it a shooter game.

My all time favourite shooter is Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The reason for this is because I loved the multiplayer mode. This game set new standards for shooter games by having both fantastic single and multiplayer game play.

Well it was almost a shooter even if you didn't shoot anything at all, but I LOVED Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Basically it was a FPS/RPG with magic and swords instead of gun. It had the physic engine of Half Life 2, so you could do all kind of crazy shit like make the enemie slip on ice and fall to their death, or cover them with something and burn them with fire. Also, you could kick people. Why no other game let you do that?

A second favorite is Shadow Warrior, but also in this case there are very few bullets since I played 99% of it with the katana, because it was AWESOME! It's free on the Humble Bundle store now if you want to try it out - and if you like those kind of games you definetely should!

I'm almost done with BF1, and when i do i will have finished all the major entries Doom, Infinite Warfare, Titanfall 2 BF1 and Rise of Iron. Doom by far had the most exciting and memorable single player campign. I need to see if i can finish it at higher difficulties, because it wasn't that hard on hurt me plenty.

Mine is probably Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare in terms of everything but I think I still have a bigger spot in my heart for Counter Strike. The classic Counter Strike, not the new ones like CS-GO. It's just so nostalgic for me, being a noob at the fps scene and my body twitches every time I get hit, it was fun as simple as it is. It even became more fun when some mods were released and we had Zombie Mode, such a lot of fun when you're playing with a lot of your friends in groups.

Its old school but by far my favorite game is Quake 3 Arena. Back in the day I was king of the block on that game. And even when I went online I hardly got beat. I played that game for over 2 years and I still love it to this day. I am hoping that the new Quake can live up the the Quake name.

Ah, I am stuck between Call of Duty 4 and MW2. Both such good games. They excel at different aspects but they also have some similarity in map design and so on. They are still my favorite FPS games and Call of Duty games. I doubt that the future installment will be able to beat the feeling that those two games gave me... it was just an insane amount of fun but also a healthy level of competition. I wish I could go back in time and relive it all :)

Well, I like the call of duty series, Halo, but the best shooting game that I have played is Rainbow Six Siege, it is a very good game, it is the most real and the graphics are the best of all, I love that game!

Yeah this was such a great game, remember it all to well. I agree on that, this game was very influential in that way. Do you know if the remastered version has been released as a "standalone" for Pc yet, or only for Ps4 still?
