Yeah, if I could get a TV that filled up the entire wall of my room I'd be all over that  obviously that's a little impractical and cost prohibitive, though. I kind of like the idea of gaming outdoors, that's something I've never really done. . .might have to take my laptop outside when the weather clears up for a bit.

Yes you can get a wall-screen TV, even I have an idea maybe a 4D gaming in which the four corner of the room will be covered with screen and you will be playing at center of the room...lol.
But on a more serious note gaming outdoor is another experience. I do use cafe or park for my outdoor gaming.

I personally think PC gaming is a blessing and a curse! Yes a good gaming PC is 100X more powerful than any console and it gets great graphics and I think steam has 4500+ games for sale on PC. But that's about where the blessing leaves and the curse comes in.

1# Not all games work well with every hardware setup. 2# The constant need to upgrade! (Unless you bought a $1,800+ PC) 3# Lack of support! Look how long Batman was broken on PC and it STILL has a ton of bugs. 4# 99% of the games out there are console ports and there never going to use all the power of your gaming rig. 5# Most of the new games coming out on PC are indie games. 6# And finally the players are spread thin in most games because there are so many different games to play.

So if none of that bothers you, Then yes PC gaming is great, but just know what your getting into. And as for me I am going to stick with console gaming. Because its a lot less headaches!
1# That's very true. But that's why PC gaming is great, whichever games you decide to purchase you can just alter your graphics and performance settings in game to fit best for your specs. If you do have a great build, then you can just crank everything to ultra and enjoy a more pleasant gaming experience. It can be a nightmare for some users who have less powerful builds, but that's where you decide whether PC gaming is for you.

3# Most of the time it's down to a bad port, mostly when a game is released on console, then when fans want it for PC, certain games are ported terribly resulting in awful and broken games.

4# Eh I wouldn't say most, it depends on the title of the game. Remember games are developed on PC so if companies bring a PC release alongside console, it's not normally a port.

5# Most AAA titles that are released on console (if both Xbox and PS) are also released on PC. That isn't why there's so many indie games, the reason there are so many are down to how easy it can be to release a game on PC and that typically, developers can work on a much smaller budget to bring cheaper and smaller games out. Indie games are always releasing so there's always something new to play, where as console, most releases are AAA.

6# The biggest reason players are so spread is probably because of how easy and accessible consoles are to purchase and use. Just plug in and play, whereas PC (unless you purchase one prebuilt), a lot of people are put off by the building element.

The main reason why I don't like computer games are:
It reduces the main graphics of the game, and it difficult to operate.
The graphics are a lot better on PC games than they are on console, you can choose your monitor's resolution to play at whereas on console it upscales to the size of your TV. Games on console run at lower graphic settings than they do on PC.

Oh you too have experienced an error due to missing file issue. This can actually be frustrating, this makes me hate going for large size games that I will have to download over the internet. There was a time I tried to install a game but I will not play due to miss .dll file. I had to install outdated operating system on my pc to run it.
Man, that must have been frustrating. I'm always wary of installing files downloaded online in system folders. It happened to Borderlands once, it had something to do with some Nvidia libraries, but luckily I was able to fix that by updating some stuff. I think I would have dropped the game if it came to downloading that .dll file, though.

You can't imagine the kind of trouble I went through then. It is so frustrating, the thing is that I wanted to have the game. I have played it on a friend pc and just love it, so I want to be able to play it on my too. I read different articles online, downloaded different files but non will work. The moment I have up was when I actually downloaded that particular .dll file on the internet and the installation was a problem. I figured that the best will be to take it to a technician but I fear that will be too much trouble for a game.

The only thing I hate about PC gaming is it makes me feel that I can't live without a PC since I use it for work and leisure. I remembered living one week in university without my laptop due to maintenance issues. I felt empty and bored.

I think it has most to deal with personality. If you are a person that has a great internal control, when it's time to work, you shut down the PC. If you are a more external control person, you just don't have control with your personal important decisions, has whether you prefer other people to take decisions for your life. If you decide it's time to stop buying stuff to upgrade the PC, you stop, try making it reasonable and not an addiction.

Yeah, sometimes you'll just read those guides online and think "Why can't things go so smoothly for me, too?!". It all looks so easy, and when you actually try it out yourself there are dozens of different errors popping up. So annoying.
Plus, it must have been one hell of a game to install a different operating system (or was it just another version) just to play it, haha.

Main thing that bothers me and I hate sometimes is the flood of hackers in Battlefield 4. I blame it on Origin though because their lack of engagement in this issue and poor optimization in their client is what is causing this. This rarely happens with the valve engine let's say in a big Fps game like Cs go. I've never seen servers being ddos and crashed there, and the only time I came across a hacker was on a Youtube video. Yeah so Origin, hackers and cheaters.

Honestly, and I say this gently, it sounds like your problem with PC gaming is you. Not the PC. There are absolutely problems with PCs. Every platform has its strengths and weaknesses. But you are complaining about the choices you are making, none of which were forced on you. You chose to upgrade lighting, a completely unnecessary addition. You chose to sit there for hours on end until it made you healthy. Consoles wont stop you from doing that anymore than a PC will. We are the choices we make and we can improve our lot when we improve the quality of those choices.

There's nothing I hate about PC Gaming. I find that it is better than other gaming platforms. I am saying this only of the PC highly performing : 60 FPS - 720p-1080p.

Well the thing i hate on pc, the only thing was most of the games i love was not always launched on pc. especially on Sony, most of the games launched on sony will take couple of years before they will release it on PC. Pc are capable of maximize the graphics and experience of the game, its just most of the games are always late when it comes to releases. but so far pc are always dominant.
