I go to the gym about 3 times a week now. I usually mix my routines up a bit, for example on Monday I will run 5 (or more) miles and then come back to my gym, do some push-ups then move to weight lifting and perhaps do around 100 dead lifts (of course taking breaks during this)... My routine would depend on how I feel that day aswell weather wise, if it's raining, I don't run, say my arms are destroyed from paintballing from being shot 20 times in the arms (it's happened) so I lessen down on the amount I'm lifting that day. I started doing this when I was 12, so I've done this for 4 years.

yes I go to the gym thrice a week, I like to start every workout with a deep breath to reduce or release stresses from work, I put my phone on airplane mode to avoid distractions then I connect my headphones for some good and pumping musics, some times I go there walking or just running(jogging), my routine includes squatting, foam rolling and then stair climbing machines when they are not all busy.

I go to the gym sometimes but not more.
My hobbies are, playing sports and games, I like playing football and tennis.
The rest of time, I used for my works and relaxing with games when I have more free time.

I don't go to the gym. There are not too many that are close to here. I swim and go to some other local sporting groups but not the gym. I would go to one if one were closer to me. I just don't have the opportunity to go easily and I really wish that I did.

Yeah I do go to the gym and I go every other day so that I give my muscles some time to relax between days and I work on a muscle group each day throughout the week and repeat so for example Sunday I would do upper body, Tuesday I would do lower body (legs), Thursday I would do core and obliques and so on

Been regularly going to the gym for around 1 year now.

YMCA has been helpful as it caters to a lot of different variety of people (sports, weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding etc.)

Since I do a lot of powerlifting (squats, deadlifts, bench) combined with bodybuilding after it's great for that. They have clubs and shit you can do if you want to compete in a small competition or just something to work in the gym harder for. As of this summer I've improved a lot with my added free time so I'll post my pre-summer PR's and my current PR's. I put a lot more emphasis into my deadlift as you can't really work lowerback in bodybuilding that well.

Pre-Summer:

Bench Press: 185 lbs
Squat: 155 lbs
Deadlift: 225 lbs

Current:

Bench Press: 195 lbs
Squat: 185 lbs
Deadlift: 315 lbs

Well, I used to go to the gym because I had some emotional issues and I could break anything and by the way I broke my guitar. It helped me a lot to go over this issues. But if you want to do it for bodybuilding, you must be so motivated and you must adopt a schedule which is really organized ! So healthy and so good ! Good luck

working out is the best thing you can do in you'r life, you'r body needs it to fonction more efficiency, i used to go to the gym do a bit of everything but i got a bone crack, i can't lift heavy weigths but i still do some simple workout's, doing some sports makes you'r mind free from all the stresse of the day, some people hate it because you get so tired but the thing is after you get a shower you feel like a new baby.

I'm not really into fitness and exercises, but I do practice Yoga. Also, I can go to the gym eventually to do some cardio, but I have to be honest, I'm super lazy. The good thing about going to the gym is that I feel super active, I sleep better, I feel the benefits since first day. So if you can do it, try to go at least 2 days a week.

Ironically, a person can possibly do all the exercises for free with free weights or dumbbells.

Do you go to the gym? If so, how long have you been going? What do you usually do there? Do you have a routine or do you just kind of do a bit of everything? :p

I try and go a couple times a week, and I am following a program that will bulk me up for college.

Yes of course, gym is a core part in me, a day won't pass by without me hitting the gym. If I miss my morning time table, I would make it up by evening time.

I have some of training aspects I focus on more than others. I love tommy build up ; that is abdominal training, crunches, chest training, I do lots of press up. I try as much as I can to maintain 100 press up on daily basis. I also take squat training, love my ass well shaped.

Prank is the most painful training I go through in the gym. After the press up and crunches, immediately I take on pranks my fore arms will be shaking so bad that I feel like collapsing but I try my best to endure 3 minutes interval of the process.

I used to go to the gym but it bore me pretty quick. Nowadays I am using a very good application called BodBot. It has a vast selection of exercises and you can make a custom plan for yourself. It is not as good as a personal trainer, but it gets the job done.
