GTA vs Saints Row

I couldn't pick a preferred game, only because they're fairly different. Saints Row, I loved the first two, as they felt like real gang like games and were so enjoyable but the later ones just got stupid, I really didn't enjoy the 4th one and so on. It's a real shame because it's the closest to a modern gang game we've had.

Please these two games cannot be compared Saint row is a major minus its too childish I would rather watch looney tunes show than play that video game, fine they are both open world games but come on GTA has a story line with detailed characterization the last Saint row I played was so meaningless I regretted spending my money getting the game Grand theft Auto can easily be understood but Saints Row their weapons do not even exist in real life the game just irritates me.

I've played GTA a lot more than Saints Row. So I like GTA more because it has better graphics and is more realistically. If I'm feeling for more of a silly game I'll chose Saints Row. I was completely blow away by how hilarious Saints Row was the first time I played it.

I like both games, however I do prefer GTA due to the fact that the storylines are a lot better. Saints Row seems as they don't try making a great product, at least not as great as GTA. Plus the online features makes GTA better.

I like them both, and they are pretty different in some aspects and similar in others. At the end of the day, I think Saints Row is what I like more. I like its humour, its randomness, its general nonsense comedic stuff. I love GTA and always will, but Saints Row is funnier in a particular way.

Saints Row 1 and 2 were similar to GTA San Andreas for me and GTA:SA is probably my favorite game of all time. But, I prefer more realistic sandbox of GTA IV and V than SR3 or SR4. Don't get me wrong, later Saints Row games are super fun, but I just prefer GTA.

I have to say it's still the Grand Theft Auto series for me. I'm more into the element of realism and serious theme of GTA rather than the comedic and cartoonish theme of Saints Row, specifically Saints Row The Third and Saints Row 4. In my opinion, if people will compare Grand Theft Auto against Saints Row, they should also consider playing Saints Row 2 since I believe it is the best one of the series. Both video game franchises are great and they both have their advantages over the other. For example would be the availability of vehicles in Saints Row with advanced technology.

Me too man. I prefer the real life elements of GTA over the fantasy of Saints Row. What I like best about the GTA series is how they portray real life themes like treason, fear, murder, drug use and etc. Just got to love the realism of things. My favorite GTA is Vice City. Mob wars and all that.

Hi Scorpion, because has more realistic looks and graphic, Saints Row has a more funky and fun vibe. So, I think that both have a great graphic, storyline, gameplay, and anything one could wish for.
I personally love to play both, though I must say, Saints Row is more fun with its unrealistic and sci-fi gameplay
