Do you like sharing your games?

I personally do not mind sharing my games with people I know especially if it's a game I really enjoyed because I would want them to be able to experience that game on their own.

I do like to share my games with my relatives or my friends because they do the same with me. Besides, we save a lot of money and not buy a new game

. I don't see why we should keep a game only for yourself, is not worth it, it is funnier to share!

Right the idea of sharing game with friends and relatives is becoming old and obsolete. Thanks to technological advances, many games this days are play online or even on cloud. So people do not often have physical games nor physical storage and it will be very hard to share steam games because it is personalised to individual account.

I totally understand you and to an extent I agree with you. It's essential to be careful one properties any thing at all. I had a little experience though, my second video game was spoilt by my cousin.
But that doesn't stop me from sharing with him hence. Even doing that makes it fun. Because we get to share our challenges and our achievements too. It was great.

You've said it all, I can't give or lend my games to any of my friends that is careless/ clumsy to go and mishandle my property. I can only give it out to only those I trusted.

The occasions where I lend some of my games to some friends are actually pretty rare. But they already know me and they know how things work with me. :sweatsmile:

I agree it's fun and nice to share, I don't see any problem in that :smiley:... however, I think it has to be a two-way street, if you take care of what it is from others, others have to do the same for you. :sunglasses:

I think the problem is not simply to lend, but to know to whom you will lend. I mean, if you know that the person will not take good care of your game, why would you lend it? That's makes no sense. :tongueout:

I don't have anymore physical game, just my Steam library, and while I know there is a "family sharing" feature, I DON'T use it. I don't know many other gamers anyway, and the few I know aren't really into Steam or into gaming in general that much, they are pretty casual.
For physical games, I shared a lot of games when I was little and I regret some of it sharing. I shared my PS1 copy of Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation around 15 years ago, and I'm still waiting for it.

I'll share some games, but I'd rather not share a physical game disk with someone that I didn't trust 100%. One of my sisters took an old game of mine way back when we were kids, hid it from me so she could play it on her own gameboy, and then, when she got sick, THREW UP on the cartridge. Amazingly, it survived and was still playable, but ever since then, I'm wary of sharing too generously!

I can share my games. This is not a problem for me. I have a group of friends who I regularly share/swop games with. The only rule I have is don't always ask me to share with you without also offering me a game.

I prefer not to do it because of the problems that can lead to that decision, there are many sacred things for me and one of those are the games, i prefer wont do it for wont have conflicts later or problems of trust.

Yup, it's all about trading. That way you don't have to worry about your disc being damaged since you have their property as well. I never lend a game if it's not a trade.

I strongly agree with you. I love sharing also especially with it comes to gaming. Sharing makes the game even more thrilling and challenging especially when you are opposing enemy to each other. Playing alone sometimes or being protective to your game console makes your gaming moment dull and easy. Is it nice if you know in the end you teach other to share too? Gamer lovers know this attitude because of its part of the game.Start sharing now because you may never know someone who's gonna share his or her game with you and it's gonna be worth it!

Maybe they don't like to share the games they bought because they are thinking, that they should buy for themselves also.
Though there are free games anyway, and they are also very nice to play.

I do not like to share my games because people do not like to give your games back. They get attached to them and the longer they have them the more they feel like it belongs to them.

I agree that we have a wide variety of free games that are good in all aspects. But still we often come across some fascinating game which we are tempted to play. Those are the times when we need to buy the game or borrow it from friends.

Sharing improves the fun of gaming games manifolds. It stimulates us to break all previous records and perform even better. My biggest pleasure associated with gaming is to set a new record and stay on top every time.
