Most of my best memories were of raiding with a ten man group of friends in World of Warcraft. Our guild as a whole was doing the 25 man version of the raid... slowly. Our group was kicking butt and taking names in the ten man version. We learned those fights, developed our own strategies, and just kept going until we beat whatever boss we were on. Sometimes, we'd play late into the night, but we always laughed and talked and had fun together. It was so much more relaxed than the "serious" group, and we made better progress.

Haha... That feeling when I score a goal and I have to replay it a million times because it would have been in the record books were it not a game. Or when I execute a perfect stunt in GTA V with no cheats involved:smirk:. Best moments are when I see the XP bar blazing up and its time to level up:triumph::tonguewink:. Gaming is simply amazing.

When Halo 2 opened multiplayer...
I played with some good friends and man, that was a blast.
I think that I have 2 memories, one is my favorite that is playing Harry Potter 1 and 2 with my brother, there are no games like those anymore...
Yesssss. I miss being younger and playing through all the HP games. It was very satisfying. I wish they made some newer HP games.

My favorite gaming moments aren't really connected with what was happening in the actual game but more outside of it. Favorite memories in gaming are all tied to my father and me playing SNES together. It was my very first console and I got it for my parents as a gift. You can imagine I was over the moon when receiving it because I have never seen such a thing or played games like that.

I still remember how much we geeked around on Mario. It was probably the game we played the most. My father was always better than me, haha. He often showed me how to do the harder levels and little neat tricks. I even remember we left the SNES on for hours just because you couldn't save the games back then and we didn't want to lose all of the progress we've made.

I feel that way too. My favorite moments are associated with good times in my life.(The same happens with songs). The best moments I recall from gaming were vacations of my teenage year. I'd spend the whole day on WW2 shooters like COD and Brothers in Arms, dreaming of the day I would join the army and get to see some action myself. Good times.

Favourite memory? Going through Silent Hill, Sillent Hill 2, and Silent Hill 3 in the short span of two months along with my cousin.
Not one bad ending in sight either, we managed to get as good an ending as you can in such series.
I only regret never passing the 4th one before he moved sigh.

My best memories will always go to half life and counter strike. I do recall really epic moments of me being able to wipe out entire teams on my own with my carbine. I also reminisce the old half life days playing free for all. Oh the carnage.

My favorite memories in gaming were the occasions when I was a lucky winner among my game counterparts. I couldn't describe how glad I was whenever I was able to win a game because I do feel it takes a champion to be a champion.

I have a few I clearly remember my mother buy a Papa John's Pizza that came with a video game demo disk for the Play station,on the disk they had a Lara Croft game which I started playing & really wanted so my mother told me If I beat the demo should would buy me the game. No longer than two minutes after she told me that I beat the demo [I was already in the middle of playing when she stated that.] She bought me the game shortly after I would play it for hours and she would make me stay up late on school nights so she could watch me play.

I also remember playing Spryo [one of my favorite games] and I can remember the first time I beat Castlevania on the Sega I was so excited and proud because I beat it all by myself. I have always loved playing video games and still do, I remember the time a neighbor kid accidentally deleted my pokemon game info I was heart broken and angry. Now I love playing two player games with my husband & my daughter loves playing Skylanders.

Super Mario Kart always brings me incredible and funny memories of my childhood. It was always the time to gather my best friends and play until we get tired. Some of these friendships survived to time, and remain to this day (and this is something very important).

I think lot of memories were made in games such as DOTA, CS and HALO. I think I played wolfestein where things were not easy for me. So those were another set of games where I had to take help and learn from others. So memories were build up through shared games and multiplayer games for me there.

I remember the Super Mario games that we used to play at school. This game was installed on almost all the computers. We were not allowed to play the game of course. Whenever the teacher would go out of the class we would all try to play the game. My friends and I were really addicted to it and we used to compete with each other and even placed bets at time :tonguewink: The one who managed to reach the highest level would usually win the bet

Watching the intro to super mario smash bros melee for the first time.
This was back when the internet was still gaining traction, so i had no idea which characters were going to be in the game ,unlike nowadays where it's almost impossible to avoid spoilers. My friends and played the original super smash bros all the time, and i was hyped for the new game watching that intro for the first time, it was the most epic opening sequence i had ever seen, the part where zelda/sheik look up at the sky.i died and the part get chills when i watch it :D

And the other one is not one of my favorites, but I like to remember it because I was young and my father was playing it and I was too scared that I was screaming every time that Nemesis came up in the game lol.
Nemesis was a pain when he kept showing up. I was scared and I wasn't even playing. I watched my older cousins play on the PS1, and only years later (10+ years even) when I downloaded an emulator did I finish the game on my own. Still, he was a pain that just appears when you thought you had something good in the game, when you actually got some progress after finishing some puzzles and obstacles. I hated him so much.

I feel the same bro, I have an emulator too and every time that he show up is the same feeling that when I was 5 Years old lol, although it was a scary game, it is one of my favorites, a great old memory, it is good to know that other people feel the same!

I don't have any siblings, so sitting down when my cousins visited and playing Super Smash Bros and Mario Kart were some of my favorite memories. Granted we usually argued over who'd use the purple N64 remote. Although I was so happy to have them over I'd give it up. Nothing like a good match or race with friends for me.

My favourite memories in gaming would have to be playing co-op with my friends on Mario Kart Wii. Definitely fun times that made up most of my memories as a kid.

Well if you haven't played RE7 you should really try it. It's an amazing step back to this type of genre, and it's a new start for the franchise because the events in RE5 and 6 (which I haven't completed even) don't matter here and it's its own game and environment. There are continuity nods here and there, but for the most part it's a reboot of the franchise.

I didn't have Nintendo stuff (except the GBA) as a kid so me and my brothers played the PS1 version of Mario Kart, Crash Team Racing. It was great, and it had the same concept of the fantasy fun racing games with weapons, obstacles, and lots of diversions on the map. Pretty fun except for the split screen multiplayer because the TV was pretty small.
