Halloween is this weekend, and it it is one of my favorite holidays. I love playing Five Nights at Freddy's. I started playing it after seeing a video of a YouTuber playing the game. It looked like a nice mindlessly entertaining game. When I downloaded, I quickly discovered that it was very addicting and frightening. It was intense trying to last through the whole game and it was difficult at some parts. I love the scared feeling I get when I look through the security cameras. What are you guys' favorite mobile horror game?

Currently my favourite horror game is Until Dawn, amazing setting, excellent characters, it's just all you want in a horror.

It has to be Amnesia. It's the only horror game I could tolerate and feel into, just to have me on the edge of my seat. Usually I anticipate jump scares when playing horror games, but this isn't what makes this game so scary. It's just the overall atmosphere and soundtrack hat makes it so perfectly scary.

If you like the atmosphere of amnesia you'd love the atmosphere in Until Dawn, I recommend you do check it out.

I don't have any favorite Horror games from consoles because I don't really like the genre. However, there's this game that always come in my mind whenever I'm asked about a horror game. This is a Java game though, meaning it came out for mobile phones when Android and iOS where still not that big. It's a game from the developer DeValley. The game's name is "Nowhere" and was released in 2007. Very creepy story and it also had alternate endings. There are also boss fights in this game. This is one of my favorite java games back then.

I love to play " House Of Dead " on my mobile phone as it is my most favourite horror game. I love the sound effects and the characters in it. I can feel myself in the game dealing with the horrible characters. The most interesting thing is to kill a boss of zombies. I recently downloaded its paid version on my phone. I would suggest you this game.

My favourite horror games are probably Amnesia: The Dark Descent, and the Outlast games.

My favorite horror game is the original Ravenloft module for AD&D it's not a digital thing. Not an app or a cartrage or anything online. It was old when I got it but a goodie. Horror is better when you can shut off your TV and your phone on a dark and stormy night.

I don't really have a 'favorite' horror game, but I liked Until Dawn. I liked the real-horror story of Until Down which is just so immersive and addictive, and scary of course since it's a horror game. I like all the elements of it and its difficulty, and just everything about it. I felt so proud when I don't kill someone, when that person could've been killed.

Dead Space was the first game to really scare me. It was such a good chill, I read the book. The camera work, lack of equipment, unpredictable nature and world was terrifying. I don't even like shooters and I couldn't put that game dow.

I've never been so freaked out in my life by a video game until Dark Amnesia. To make sure that I got the best of the experience, I made it a point to play this game at midnight with the lights turned off. I screamed at almost every surprise, and at times I was sure there was piss on my pants. My mother would come up banging on my door asking what the hell was going on. Oh boy, good old days.

One of the reasons I want a Playstation is because of Until Dawn. It looks fantastic! I'd have to say my favorite horror game is the original Dead Space game. Their use of ambiance and sound effects really added to the tension and dread I felt while playing through the game. The second game was also pretty good in the same respects, but it seemed like the franchise turned into a shooter rather than a horror game after a while.

Outlast is one of the immersive and disturbing experiences I've ever had in a video game. Highly recommended (for mature audiences).

If anyone likes visual novels, Song of Saya and Higurashi are my horror recommendations for that medium.

Mine was Slender Man, the game was so simple but it got me scared, it was spooky and sound effects were superb, there were a lot of times that it made me shout out loud.

In terms of speed "Dead Space" and "Silent Hill". Also the recent version of the "Alien: Isolation". You can find that such game definitely keeps you addicted to the screen. And you need to find out how you can survive till the end. Some of the survival games are good for the same reasons. I'd suggest fear and fatal frame too.

Haven't played horror games that much, but my favorite one is Left 4 Dead (if it even is a horror game, I think it is). I've spent a lot of time playing that one with my friends, and it never gets old. It is co-op so in my opinion that is what makes it fun the most. It has a fair number of campaigns and it is challenging usually. I tried Amnesia recently and it looked like fun at first, but I never continued playing it. Maybe I should give it a go sometimes.

Dead Space was fun. Resident Evil used to be scarier back in the past with camera angles and surprise attacks, nowadays it isn't even close to being scary, it's just disturbing.

But what really stands out, both scary, disturbing and what not - Silent Hill series. I really enjoyed playing SH games. They were scary, unique, and really twisted. What I really like about them is how they reflect the protagonist in the twisted world of SH.

When it comes to mobile horror games, I'd say the mobile port of the Telltale: The Walking Dead. The graphics on mobile is almost the same as it is in PC and not to mention the gameplay is also almost exactly the same. As for other games, I'm not so sure because a lot of horror games I know in smartphones are basically generic ripoffs of Slenderman games.

I'm with you on that. I've played Season 2 on my mobile phone and I really enjoyed it. It was as good as the PC version, because what really matters is the story and all the interesting scenarios.
