So I'm curious if anyone here plays this amazing free-to-play rhythm game. It's super addictive and I never thought I would get so into it like I have now. My older sis introduced me to osu! way back in 2012, but I didn't actually make an account until 2013. After trying (and failing) many songs, I still found the game to be an amazing and exciting experience. Feel free to comment if you play!

I got the game after my friend saw a streamer playing it before a game of League. I played it for a few months and for good enough to finish a song!

Is it sad how proud I am of that accomplishment?

The game is actually really interesting, I found that if I knew the song already I was much better at the timing of it because I could tell when each beat was going to be. I guess it's like having a guide book for a game, cause you know what's coming!

I also got in this game around a year or a year and a half ago. When I first found out about it I was basically addicted, by all definitions of the word. It was all new and interesting to me and I kept on playing for hours and hours on ONE song for DAYS trying to finish it on normal mode. But now I got a lot better and I'm on the line between very good and pro. I can complete a lot of 'insane' maps but on low accuracy and ranking. It's become a bit boring now to be honest. The maps are either too easy or too hard for me now. I still love me a map or two every couple of days but I can't say I like this game as much as when I first discovered it.

Maybe I need a tablet to have the complete experience, I don't know really. A lot of maps seem to be designed advantageous for tablet users.

I play it very often now, almost daily. I never thought I would be into the game either at first, but as I saw some of my friends starting to play it, I joined in. I've been playing with a keyboard and mouse, but I'm really looking into ordering a tablet off of Amazon to improve in the game. I may be mediocre at the game, but it is really addictive and I still continue to play it to this day.

I played it a couple of times when it was really, really popular. Literally, every second streamer was playing a bit of osu! on the side. I even remember I downloaded some songs for it.

However, it is not my type of a game so I stopped. It just stressed me out way too much trying to time the clicks perfectly. I do think that it's a fun and good game, especially if you want to improve your reflexes/reaction time - that can be helpful in many other areas.

It is too hard and stressful for my taste though. I prefer more relaxing and easy going games.

I don't play it but I always wanted to. Can you tell me how to play it and describe it a bit more for me?
