We all know that the Nintendo Gameboy is an awesome machine. The best selling handheld console, and one of the top gaming consoles of all time. My favorite game would be, Wario Land 3. It's fun that you can set yourself on fire and not die, and being on fire can be used to solve the puzzles in the game. There are no deaths in this game, unlike Super Mario. It's really an enjoyable and unique gaming experience. I wish that they would revive the Gameboy line of handhelds. I would be happy if they release a new Gameboy console with amazing specs in the future.

All the Pokemon games, no doubt about it.
They'll never bring back the Gameboy, the Nintendo DS was pretty much the upgraded version of the Gameboy hence why it was discontinued.

I second Wario Land 3! I also enjoyed playing Pokemon and The Legend of the River King.

Oh that's too bad. The Gameboy name had much more universal appeal and popularity, it's literally a part pop culture. But, it's not impossible that they would resurrect it though. When that happens, I would be the first in line for a purchase. ;)

My favourite Gameboy game would be without doubt pokémon Sapphire. It's the oldest pokémon game I've played, and I really loved it. I'm happy they're making a remake for the 3DS, though I'll stick with the original. It wasn't the first pokémon game I played though, that was pokémon diamond. I bought sapphire way later.

Oh and despite the fact that I'm really a Mario Kart fanboy, I really hated mario kart super circuit XD

Although Pokemon games were always my favorite, I loved Animal Crossing, Warioland, and basically any Mario game especially Mario Cart.

Besides the Pokemon games, one of my favorites is Harvest Moon: FoMT. The characters are memorable, and running the farm is fun. It's one of the best HM games in my opinion.

I gotta say that I really loved the pokemon games. I would spend an insane amount of time playing them. Another favorite has to be Tetris. I really didn't know how to play Tetris when I was younger, but I feel like as I got older I got better at the game. Now, I feel like it's pretty easy to see just how timeless Tetris is.

Tetris really is a classic. The gameplay is just so addicting. That russian guy who made it is really a genius.

My favorite gameboy game has and will always be Pokemon. Specifically the first three, Blue, Red, and Yellow. These games were a large part of my childhood and supported the foundations of my friendships back in elementary school.

Well, I have to admit it was tetris. You see I used the Gameboy as a way to kill time on the bus when commuting between college. Drives were at least 2 hours one way. So Tetris was the best way to consume my time on long drives.

Pokemon Red and close second Pokemon trading card game. I just played a lot of the Pokemon games really, even Pokemon Pinball was quite fun too.

Pokemon Sapphire and Mario Kart were basically the only games that I played on the Gameboy. I was very selective with video games when I was a kid.

Pokemon Crystal was my favorite. It was the first time they made the sprites move and the songs in that game were just epic.

Most definitely the original Harvest Moon. This was the first time I ever heard of, or player a Harvest Moon game. Little did I know a farming game would own my life for 6 months. I didn't realize it was basically a bare bones version of the SNES game, but was happy making fat stacks of cash without worrying about "wooing" a girl.

Pokemon aside, I really enjoyed the Disney games (Tarzan, Aladdin). They were nothing really special, and if I played them today I would probably find them boring, but as a kid I couldn't get enough of them.

Along with the pokemon series, definitely Golden Sun and its sequel. I didn't really play much else on my GBA SP back then.

No question, it HAS to be a pokemon game. I'd go for Pokemon Ruby, since that was the first one I'd played, before Sapphire. Journeying through this new Pokemon world in colour was the best! And the game itself is very underrated I think. It has one of the best narrative of all the pokemon games so far, and had a lot of cool side-stuff to do as well.

I liked three games the best. I loved Wario Land. The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening was great. There was another game that I played a lot. I don't remember the title, though. The main character was Bart Simpson, and he was Jack from Jack and the Beanstalk. I can't remember all that much about it, but I played it until I lost the cartridge or whatever the games for Gameboy were called.
